The Cliff cottage is adorable, nice porch and patio. Comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, short walk to downtown. Grounds are very pretty.
We enjoyed our stay and will stay again!!!
This is what happens when property owners take pride in ownership. They have thought of everything! check in was a breeze, the room was so cozy with every amenity you could want. Comfortable bed, amazing location, reserved parking spot, jacuzzi tub... loved it! the ONLY complaint, which is a small one, is that for some weird reason the jacuzzi pump turned on by itself around 2am......

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The overall stay was good. The check-in was easy. The room was generally clean. We felt the room could have been a little cleaner (there was quite a bit of dust on the curtains and in the vents). Room was spacious and overlooked the main street, which was nice. It is next to a biker bar, so expect lots of noise in the evening. Walkable around the main area/main street from the inn. The complimentary breakfast was generally good, and they have a different option each day.
Parking is awful. Quite literally terrible and so inconvenient. You have a very narrow spot no matter which cottage you stay in. Two cars cannot fit into the spaces at the Purple Cottage, and our neighbors and us had to shimmy in and figure out how to fit. The parking for the Purple Cottage is on a steep hill as well, which is overall dangerous, and it was very difficult and nerve-wracking to pull in and back out. It would have been better to have parallel or main street parking.
Absolutely wonderful place! Right in the heart of downtown so it’s just a walk down the stairs to get to whatever you need! The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was to die for!! We will be staying again!!
A hidden gem. Everything about our stay was awesome! And the "little" extras that we were not expecting made our stay even better. The delicious breakfast delivered right to our door and the cookies and drinks were great too. Thank you. We will certainly be staying again next time we are in Eureka Springs.
I wish I had known how wonderful this place is. Regretfully, we only stayed one night at this location. While you will want to explore Eureka, please make some time to just enjoy this place and at least stay two nights!
It was a horrible stay, infrastructure is not good. The property owner “justin” is so rude. Found bugs in my cottage and owner refused to do anything about it. The Ac vent was totally clogged with dust and god knows what other things.

This guest found lady bugs in his room. We have a service that sprays for bugs monthly.I offered a 50 gift certificate. The guest wanted a full refund for this. This guest claimed there were spider webs in the room. I checked for the spider webs, in exactly the spots he said the webs were. There were no webs to be found. This guest then sent a picture of the air vent with his bright white tissue shoved in the air vent. He again asked for his stay to be free. We went to clean the vent, and the tissue was gone. Not giving him a full refund was evidently rude.
We loved our stay. The cottage is so cozy! Breakfast delivered to our door! The food was excellent! We will definitely be back for a stay in spring!

This guest found a few lady bugs in their room. Then demanded a full refund. They claimed there were spider webs. I asked where the webs were. When I went in the room, there were no spider webs where they claimed the webs were. The next day, this guest sent a picture of a clean white tissue in the air vent. He again demanded a free stay. We went to check the air vent, and the guests tissue was no longer there. We are a family business and can not afford to be taken advantage of by this type of con artist.Do not rent to this guest.
Overall, a wonderful experience. Enjoyed the thoughtful details, delicious breakfast and amazing location. If staying in Eureka Springs look no further!
The cottage was quaint and comfortable. The parking was a little difficult to get in and out of, and hard to locate initially. I understand there was nothing much that could be done about it. Quiet at night but got a little loud in the morning from the street below. Very enjoyable.
We could not have been happier with this place during our trip to Eureka Springs September 4-7, 2023. The location is perfect and within walking distance of Main Street. We stayed in the Tennyson room and the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and there were enough pillows. The breakfast was soooo delicious—we were both very pleasantly surprised. My husband uses a lot of creamer in his coffee and it was refilled upon request—the coffee is fantastic too!
I did have a slight concern with privacy though. The front entry door has a lace curtain that could easily be seen through from outside. The rest of the windows also have lace curtains, but you can close the blinds if necessary. The door did not have blinds. Other than that, zero complaints from us.
Very nice little B&B! Very convenient walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I wished our room had a king size bed but the queen was very comfortable. Our room was big and roomy. No complaints here! I would definitely recommend this cozy B&B the next time you come to Eureka Springs.
We loved the the front porch so relaxing to just sit and watch the world go by!! We stayed 3 days but did not have a chance to meet the host. The breakfast was very good! We had early plans on day two so we had to skip breakfast and unfortunately the third morning breakfast was the same as day morning one. It was also good but just would have had something different.
A beautiful place, friendly staff and delicious breakfasts.

We have stayed twice at Cliff Cottage and have enjoyed both our stays. Location is great and the rooms are nice. I appreciate the ease of check in and out. Both stays have been short overnight stays so we have not been able to experience breakfast. The menu looks fabulous.
This place is just great! Breakfast delivered to your door & was very good. Walking distance from downtown area. Suite was super comfortable & romantic. This part is for our fellow bikers…..parking is gravel & sloped. So not real bike friendly. We were booked for 3 nights, but had to leave a day early. Justin was very kind & understanding & gave us a gift certificate for our next visit. We will definitely be back.
What an amazing, cozy, and comfy cottage right in the heart of Eureka Springs! Delicious breakfasts and amenities were thoughtful! Excellent accommodations!
Very charming room full of nice touches everywhere. Cookies, chcolates, coffee maker with real cups & saucers, books, a small private patio, great bed, soaking tub, plush robes etc.spacious & delightful!
The property was a delight to stay in, the housekeeper was friendly, courteous, and we had a nice, short conversation about gardening. We had arrived just before sunset, and were happy to find we could get dinner delivered quickly. A delicious, fresh breakfast was brought to our cozy porch in the morning.
Great location. Wonderful breakfasts delivered to your door. Comfortable room. Note that the road to this property goes in front of a very popular biker hangout so when we drove back to the property on a Friday night we had to make our way slowly through a crowd of reveled who spilled out over the road some waiting in line to use the portable bathroom.
I cannot put into words how amazing this B&B is!!! We stayed in the Robert Louis Stevenson Suite and absolutely loved our stay. Breakfast was incredible, so was the jacuzzi tub! So much more fun than staying in a regular old hotel room. It was our first time staying at a B&B and it was so amazing, we didn’t wanna leave. All the amenities in the room are precious, and we loved the self checkin/out process. Thank you so much for an absolutely amazing experience. You’re gonna wanna stay for more than one night!
It was absolutely amazing!!! It was our first Bed & Breakfast and lovely doesn’t even cover it. Charming, Romantic, Quaint but spacious. All the details. Every suite is different and We are going to have to stay in them all now.
Our stay was nice. The Zelda room was quaint but a bit dark. Loved all the antiques and books about Zelda. Cookies were on the counter to greet us! The heaters worked fine- but due to the freezing temps outside- the bathroom was very cold (even tho we left the door open when not in use). We booked for 3 adults- but only received breakfast food the following morning for 2 - which we thought was curious. With that in mind - we ended up tasting / sharing- the quiche was delicious (and then we went in search of proper breakfast for all- and coffee! Lol) It was our first time in Eureka Springs- and we are looking forward to our next trip with warmer weather to better explore all there is to see downtown!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Zelda's Studio. Loved the assigned parking space right outside our door. Breakfast delivered to our door every morning was excellent as well. The bed was very comfortable, but after the first night, we did turn off the dehumidifier in the bedroom because it would shut off and turn back on periodically and woke us up every time it turned on. Since we were in our own cottage, it was very quiet. Absolutely loved it, and we will definitely stay here again when we return.
