The Candlewck is nestled back against a beautiful forest. The room was retro with the basic amenities. We enjoyed the jetted tub. Several restaurants and 2 convenience stores were within walking distance. The only complaint is the mattress and pillows.

The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. My room looked nothing like the photos and was very dated. The carpets are in need of serious shampooing. I would stay there again but I wouldn’t walk around barefoot.

Our room was exactly as pictured and I loved that it had plenty of throw blankets too! Exceptionally clean and accommodating, and management was very friendly.

Good for budget conscious
We stayed in the older part of the hotel with a jet tub. Room was clean and comfortable and the bed was fine. Was a bit loud in the hallway being right by the main doorway.

We have stayed here a couple of times. We love it because it is convenient to shopping and eating. The rooms are always very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Wonderful Experience!
We visit Eureka Springs many times throughout the year and have been looking for nice accommodations at a reasonable rate & we found it at The Candlewick! The renovations are wonderful! The beds are comfortable and the staff goes above & beyond to make you feel welcome! We will DEFINITELY stay there again!

The beds are really comfortable and the room was really clean!! Had great water pressure for shower! One thing I did not like. I noticed I left my bag in the room and when I got it back from the cleaning person who supposedly mistakenly took it home. Some things were missing. Now mind you it was food that I brought to enjoy and it was gone. Protein powder doesn’t spoil

I’m t was a very clean room. But the sink was stopped up. They gave us drains to put in it but it didn’t work and no one came to fix it. But other than that it was a nice room. We left at 6 am no one to take key due to code NOT working. So we pushed the ring door bell and no one got with us so we left key in window.

Just like everything in Eureka Springs, this is an older motel that has been updated. It is very clean, very quiet and close to all things you want to do in the area. It is also a trolley stop so you can just ride to downtown and the Great Passion Play. This motel is self check in and keyless. They email you a room number and code and you never have to deal with anyone unless you have a problem. There is an attendant in the office if needed. They also clean the room everyday and restock everything. Great stay!!

The outside of the inn might fool you because it looks older but our room was gorgeous. The decorative details made you feel like you were staying in a high end hotel. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

Friday we were looking for a hotel to stay in. Because the first hotel we had booked was disgusting. And cancelled the room. So we found Candlewick Inn. Made a reservation on line . A room was available so I paid for 2 nights. The first night was great. Saturday Aug 26th we left the hotel room for the day. We arrived back to the hotel about 7pm and the whole parking lot was full of people and having a cookout in the parking lot. Music blaring and car engines revving. And the group of people were drunk and rude. The lady that was working had no clue what to do with this very large amount of people. So we told her we wanted our money back and we're not staying. Don’t judge a book by its cover - WONDERFUL!
Wonderful! From check-in throughout our 4 day stay everything was wonderful. Small motel but don’t let the exterior fool ya because the room was nicely updated & VERY clean. The front desk was always more than happy to help with any requests. We both have bad backs & sometimes have a hard time when staying away from home but the bed was extremely comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints about our stay and will be staying here again without hesitation - WELL WORTH the money! Thank you for a great stay, Candlewick!

Fantastic place to stay!
The owner/manager went out of her way for us when there was a problem through hotels.com. She offered to let us check in and said that she would deal with the problem on her end! The property was so comfortable. The building we were in had a LOVELY deck in the back and could see the most beautiful fire pit and chairs on the edge in the woods. It turned out to be the best stay of our week long road trip. We go to Eureka Springs often and from now on this will be our home away from home when we are in town. LOVE this hotel and the wonderful people there!
