Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem was the parking, not enough and very narrow, twice a big truck parked next to us and we had to get in through the passenger side.

Location is good in terms of being centrally located. It’s close to the highway so you do hear a little extra noise but it’s not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel!
Location is perfect for getting to the arena. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is fantastic. The women tending to the breakfast area were the most attentive and accommodating people I’ve seen in quite some time. They constantly checked on all food and beverages, replaced and restocked items, and helped a few guests will specific needs such as to-go bags or meatless egg sandwich. This will always be my hotel of choice when staying in this area.

Excellent room!
Staff very professional and kind. Room was spotless and smelled great. New carpet, very clean and updated bath, comfortable beds. Couldn't have asked for more in a room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but hey- this a not a restaurant.

Clean, well kept roooms, good breakfast choices. Location was a little odd- view out the back towards the trail was full of trash. Great that they offered compostable service ware at breakfast, but no composting??

We are so sorry for your inconvenience. Eugene had a big fire, just a mile from hotel. Due to the fire power was keep going in and out, and it blew out power server. We couldn’t do anything until we get the new part.
