It is a clean hotel. But there are missing items in the room. For instance only one bath towel for two . Poor breakfast services. I want to order scrambled eggs but there was nobody in the kitchen. At that moment, he’s trying to help the table cleaning.

Hilton Garden inn is always my choice in eskisehir. but the only issue is in november they dont turn on airconditioning even if it is hot.

Very Central
Very central and walking distance to most of the shopping centers around. Also many cafeterias for dining. For a short stay, its an ideal destination.

It’s was a great experience, very clean , the only thing that was bad was that the there were no shower door to close the shower, ,so you would have a lot of spill if you are not precise on where the water is directed, even if you do know there is some water spills in the bathroom

Overall experience was good. Disappointed that they were unable to explain my laundry bill and unable to pay with credit card.

Otelin vale hizmeti yok 2 oda -3 yetişkin 1 çocuk ve 2 yetişkin olarak ayarladığım odalar otele gittiğimde cocugu 2 yetişkinin olduğu odaya otomatik atılmış Normalde böyle bir konaklama şekli olmamasına ragmen otel bize yardımcı olup ek yatak koydu. Suit oda seçiminde hotels.com olarak 3 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk opsiyonu eğer otel bu şekilde konaklamaya izin vermiyorsa bizim de seçimimizi engellemelisiniz.

Bathroom: tight closet space. Shower flow and pressure is good but exceeds drainage capacity; therefore water pools and fett submerges in water. Shampoo tube similar to moisturizer: prints too small for 70 yo customers to read. Not enough towels.

Stay away!!
Incredibly loud A/C. On top, you feel the rythmic thumping of tecno music from a nearby night club until 6am. I spent the night in the lobby reading and mostly dozing. This much loud A/C is unacceptable, as to the night club management cannot be blamed but the hotel is totally unsuitable for sleeping. Staff tried their best.
