"This was our second stay at Hotel Condesa. Our time there was fantastic. We went with the desire of having a good family holiday and we got exactly that. Our daughter had loads of fun in the different pools, beach and with the animation team (massive kudos to them). Food is, in general, really good. I think there are enough options as to enjoy a tasteful meal. It is true that the grill variety might not feel incredibly diverse after four days in, but I still think it is more than acceptable. The main area of improvement is food labelling. Sometimes food is placed under the wrong label being quite confusing. The second problem is regarding translations. I’ve noticed problems when translating some fish with a completely wrong word (this is mostly noticeable if you are fluent in Spanish and English). Rooms aren’t the biggest. For a family of three they are just alright. If you needed a cot (we needed that on our first trip), space gets tighter, but there’s space to move from the room to the balcony without much complication. For us, that we don’t spend much time in it, it was sufficient. In summary, we would definitely consider a third trip there."

"We had a ground floor room with a tub and garden which was lovely. Beds were comfy, housekeeping was good and cleaned every day. Everything we needed in the room with a supermarket opposite. Breakfast was nice but we didn't enjoy the evening meal at all and all struggled to choose something, we were half board but didnt go back in after night 3 which was a pain as very little choice of restaurants nearby (2), lucky we had a car. They were strange options, a lot of veal when chicken would have been a much better option. It all looked unapitising, especially the night with the baby suckling pig. My nephew hasnt stopped talking about his poor little face! 😔 "

"Absolutely lived it here! Glad we had booked this, so much around the area, shops, beach, dinner options etc. The breakfadt buffet was just brilliant. Recommended to definitely stay here if your on this side of Picafort. The baby cot was good quality and big! Had to drop a star due to some stuff not working in the bathroom like the shower head leaking out by the side and the hairdryer but staff helped us with everything :) 5/5!!! We'll be back!"

"We had a great time at this hotel! It’s really family oriented and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Lots of activity for kids, lots of options for food in the hotel and also around the property. There is also a grocery shopping right outside the hotel, very convenient. Overall we had a great experience."

"Beautifull decor of the property. The room was small and adequate.. we were on the upper deck level which made it super convenient to go the ocean and then lounge around away from the beach crowds. It was fairly quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing and so were the other meals. There is evening live music. The staff is amazingly helpful, kind and friendly. I had a 90 min massage which was fantastic. We loved the Man/Woman duo who made amazing dance music. We had a lot of fun. I am so glad we found this property. We intend to go there again. "
