everything is amazing with the hotel the only complain is the cleaning staff they did not clean properly my room, they tried to clean my room too early and when I went I asked politely to return in 30 minutes they came 5 hrs later so at the end I request them not to clean my room at all

The room was clean, cozy and inviting. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast was absolutely amazing every day. We can't complain about anything. We recommended staying there if you're looking for a hotel close to down town Erlangen. Super close to all the shopping and dining that you could possibly ask for. Overall amazing time! They even have an opportunity to earn a free drink.

Really great hotel and great breakfast!
I loved everything about this place. I stayed here with my two small sons and my wife. The breakfast was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding! I didn't like having to pay for parking but most of the hotels around here you have to.

Professional staff, nice and friendly. Room had a modern design, quite large for European standards, very clean. I did not had a chance to check the neighbourhood, it was only a stop over, but it was quiet considering the train tracks across the street. The breakfast choices were limited as we ate at the busy time, they should refill the empty plates and fruits baskets, but it did not happen, that is my only complaint. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel was clean and comfortable - great breakfast and helpful staff. It was so clean, felt like a brand new hotel. Only issue was not enough staff when checking in and out ! Overall a great stay for 2 nights, plus the hotel was only a short walk to Erlangen centre.

Excellent location in the centre of Erlangen, with everything close by at walking distance including bus stations and trains. The breakfast is very good. I just wish the hotel offered proper room cleaning regularly instead of emptying dustbins and cleaning toilets everyday. We were there for 9 nights and proper room cleaning was done only twice with surfaces wiped etc. And I had to request it.

Visiting my son and the Holiday Inn is a lovely, clean and modern hotel in Erlangen. Great facilities and a very friendly welcome. Really comfortable bed and a great sleep.

Everything is new and room is beautiful exept they don't have food, yes it's true that it's everything close to go and buy food by after long driving it would be good if they would have food to buy. Other wise beautiful, clean, especially for this time, speaking english.

Great for a stopover
We were travelling through Germany and this was a perfect stop near a motorway (but far enough not to hear it!). Breakfast was good too, to set us off on our way.

I used the filter function of Expedia and selected 'Free Parking'. However, I had to pay 45 Euros at the hotel for parking for three days. That's a lot of money only for parking.

Due to our direct location in the city centre (only free parking spaces for residents) we offer inexpensive parking spaces in our hotel underground car park, but we are happy to provide additional free parking spaces 900m away. Everything great except the ridiculous breakfast
Perfect room and lobby, very nice and helpful staff, great to have the car parked and very good location. Forget about the breakfast, due to covid, they decided to not serve it at the hotel, despise other hotels do it and with a great service, and gave us a voucher to have breakfast at a bakery a few meters away from the hotel. It was ridiculous, quantity and quality, felt almost insulted while being served those items, after 2 tries gave up, it was not worth the few steps we had to give to get it.

Very clean, friendly staff. Only issues was that I booked a queen bed and was given a twin room with single beds instead.

Good location, quiet, clean
Pushed the reception button and was let into the underground garage. Easy elevator to checking. Friendly check in. Clean rooms. Train runs right outside, but no noise! 3 minute walk to shopping. 10 min walk to train station and downtown. 20 min train ride to Nurmberg.

Not the greatest- No room room service, breakfast options are very limited... A basic thing like bottled water is NOT available in the rooms and one has to pay for it.
