"The room was very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of the Sesto Rondò metro station, making it very convenient for visiting Milan and vicinities. The breakfast was great, but the highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by the staff—they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
My only complaint is the air conditioning. It never got strong enough to cool the room, and the wall control seemed more like a placebo than a functional thermostat. Aside from that, I had a very good experience."
