"Excellent hotel and staff! The room had a sticky desk, fingerprints and a few crumbs on small chair table, and the shower floor is peeling. Toilet must be leaning a bit because one side is higher. Upon arrival, balcony door was slightly open and unlocked and the air conditioning was off so it was like a sauna in the room. Once that was fixed, all was fine! Shuttle was good and fast. Be careful if ordering food. I found a bunch of extra ingredients added to my meal that I could not eat so I had to return it. They re-did it and added different extras which was extremely annoying and tasted awful. Please stick to the ingredients listed in the menu. Some people choose certain items because of their health and allergies!"

"EXCEPTIONAL hotel if you are going in and out of Entebbe. Best I’ve seen in my two years traveling around Uganda. Food exceptional. Service exceptional. Room exceptional. Loved not having the club noise and early truck honking in Kampala core. Beautiful view toward Lake Victoria. In my 3 weeks in Uganda, this was my highlight. "
