Great quiet place for an overnight stop. Had hubby's service dog with us and lots of areas to walk him. Comfortable beds and quite a few places to grab a quick meal.

one got higher quality amenities but at budget prices. What you give up is breakfast and actual size of the room. But it did include all the amenities of more expensive hotels.

Room was nice and clean, quiet and comfortable. Supposed to have breakfast, pool and hot tub. Had none of these!!! Seems to me that's false advertising!!!

Thank you for the review. I am saddened to hear that you were misinformed about our property. Yes, we have a hot tub on site, but unfortunately it had to be closed for repairs at the most inconvenient time, but we have never had a pool at this location, and we are and have been one of the few Baymont's that do not offer a breakfast because we do not have the facilities for it. I do hope you will consider us for your future hotel needs.

Invest in either a new vacuum or a new operator
The floor was filthy when we got there and hadn't been vacuumed for sure. There was crumbs and stuff very visibly all over the floor. The tub/toilet/sink seemed clean, and the bedding seemed clean, but the floor was so disgusting it overrode everything else. Our room wasn't checked on our cleaned the first day either. Granted it was Christmas Eve that day...I believe someone ran a vacuum through on Christmas Day, but unfortunately, it still wasn't super clean. Perhaps they need a new vacuum???

Nice Place In Elko
Nice place up on the hill. Large room, ours had a full kitchenette. Double windows so you don’t notice I-80. Shopping center nearby with groceries, restaurants, sporting goods and a Petco! Dog park down the street on 5th.

Late check in time
This property is clean and quiet I stayed here for 4 nights. I was in town for work. The BIGGEST problem and why I will never stay here again is because the check in is too late. 4pm check-in is way too late for me. I have to do a 6hr drive into town and then had to wake up the next morning at 3:30a.

Thank you for the review. I am sorry you had an issue with the check in time of 4pm. Our check in time is at 4pm because we are dependent on people checking out and being able to get the rooms clean for checking in. We want to be able to give you the best guest stay possible.

Nicer than all hotels that are the same price. Remodeled outside, nice grounds. Nice marble counters and slate floors, arched shower curtain, iro and hair dryer. We usually do Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn express and this one was close enough. Set up on the hill with a nice landscaping, so it feels nice to enter.

I normally choose Baymont in Elko because the manager (Kathy) always makes sure we are taken care of. Most Baymont properties are the exact opposite.

This is an average hotel with spartan rooms. I believe it is used as a long term stay for local mining workers.

The hotel was close to the freeway exit and had several fast food options nearby. The hotel appeared well-maintained and clean. The hotel was set off the main road and was quiet. The only drawback for me was that after a long day on the road, I was looking forward to using the hot tub, but the spa room was closed for maintenance.

Don't waste your money!
The hotel is aging terribly. The halls are very dim, confusing on how to get to rooms depending on where you park. Toilet "belched" every time it was flushed getting toilet water everywhere. Could not regulate temperature, it was either freezing or too hot. the "spa" was out of order indefinitely. Will definitely not stay there again!

During g check in the person barely said two words other than to tell me where my room was. Did not have an ironing board in the room, asked front desk for one. Did not bring one after an hour. I had to go downstairs to request one, and was told they didn’t know if there was any and that they would look when they got time. There was no one at the front desk when I got there and two people were in the laundry room chatting. The room was not vacuumed and there was pubic hair in the tub. Will not be staying here again!
