This hotel is super clean and organized. The front staff was friendly and the free shuttle to the airport is a big plus and so convenient! Definitely recommend to stay at Marriott properties. They are the best!

Just a mile from the airport, The Spring Hill Suites by Marriott/Airport is a great hotel for a quick business trip! The property is located just over a mile from the airport. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance as well. My room was modern and roomy. Strangely, I found the shower pressure to be the best part of my stay. It was VERY relaxing! My only complaint is that someone outside of the property kept speaking on what sounded like a megaphone every few minutes. I came close to requesting to change my room and then it stopped. The next morning, it started again. Overall, this was a good stay!

Mattress was in terrible condition, it dipped so badly in the middle it was like sleeping in a nest. They added a $10 parking fee that was not disclosed prior to booking and is not usual for the area. The whole room smelled horrible as there was a sewage odor coming out of the drains.

The room was fine, water pressure was sad, new fee for parking was dropped on me upon check in. Parking lot is small and nothing special for there to be a fee. Breakfast was unsatisfactory, had to check out one day early due to inclement weather requiring me to drive nine hours home early to avoid safety issues from freezing roads. Hotel and Hotels.com refused to provide a refund for the day we didn't stay at hotel. Hotel has great potential l, first time I stayed at this hotel when visiting El Paso. However, due to extra fees not presented during booking stay, issues with room, and their failure to assist with a refund for the early departure I won't patronize this hotel again.

Closeness to everything, Airport, Mall, Dining, Interstate, Included breakfast, Suite with refrigerator and microwave, Dispensers in shower were wonderful. One bedroom reading light was not working, forgot to tell management. Only reason not five stars was the noise, both airplanes and traffic. Once we were able to fall asleep all was well and comfortable.
