The room was really dirty and ocultes not working and dirty too. Towels were super small and very bad quality. The room had cucroaches and bed and sheet were nasty.

They tried to charge me for 2 nights whenever I only booked for 1 night. I feel like they are trying to charge me for two nights & hope I don’t notice. Which seems shady & doesn’t make me want to stay here again for that reason.

I always thought La Quinta was a decent hotel. They advertised a breakfast but when I went to eat the coffee machine was broken and the only items available were cold cereal and make it yourself waffles. Quite a few other people were there and disappointed about the coffee. The maids never showed up to clean the room or change the sheets. Very disappointing! Plus no landline in the room. Toilet didn’t flush properly and room smelled of cigarette. I would not recommend this hotel.

I used to stay here before, but this hotel has gone down tremendously. The room had a moldy stench, there were spits on tile looked like blood, got up at 6am for coffee in lobby and no coffee available and no one at front desk. Last time staying here.

I booked a hotel room online that was supposed to be smoke-free, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The towels in the room also smelled like smoke. The bathroom door was peeling paint and the flooring in the room was uneven. In fact, I noticed that the stairs leading to the front office were falling apart and posed a safety hazard. I had to ask for my room keys to be reactivated several times and the bathtub was dirty with orange stains. There were also spots on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up from previous guests. Additionally, my fiancé found pieces of old food left near the bed. I had to request housekeeping the night before which wasn't very convenient. However, the workers at the front office were polite.

If you are looking for a safe and clean place, please take your money elsewhere! The sheets had bodily stains and the bathroom had dirt and residue in the bath, tub. The rooms are outside and unsafe. Please spend the extra few dollars and have a peace of mind elsewhere!

The entrance/exit to the property was extremely dangerous and the drop in a small car damages the car . In the bathroom there was a giant hole in the ceiling from and leak that looked fresh. The light switch didn’t work in the main room and the walls were pretty thin. And there was an awkward watching chair. No table. No coffee maker. Just a chair in the corner of the room. And duct tape over the peephole and a bag over the smoke detector.

I check-in at 5:00 pm and my room was not ready. Front staff told me to be back in hour and my room will be ready. I got there at 6:00pm. My check in start time is at 3:00pm and then expect me to leave by 11:00 am. But wont make up if I get my room until 6:00pm this is ridiculous! Front staff are unprofessional and don’t care about their customers.

The only positive was location. It was close to my worksite. The staff was not helpful. I had to request my room to be cleaned three days in a row before it was serviced. The property needs updating.

I requested a refund due to my room being dirty. The associate working at front was rude, on drugs. I got assaulted and cops were involved. Still no refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.

i do apologize for the inconvenience we did refund this morning upon your check out, i can assure that our front desk was not on drugs he was very ill ended up vomiting throughout his shift and had to go to the hospital but we do assure that this issue will not arise again.

Been staying here for quite some time when I'm in town. The last couple times there was alotbof construction. This time the construction was over, but the lobby bathroom was out of order. I couldn't book a room directly, there was a sign saying "sold out". I however booked my room through Expedia. When i finally got to the room it was dirty. The floor clearly hadn't been swept or moped. The tub was scratched and scuffed up, didnt they just do construction to upgrade the rooms? I was so disappointed. You really do get wht you pay for.
