Only complaint: Our 4th floor room faced east which is fine except the rrom curtains only close half way and therefore, the sun comes thru around 5:45am. We weren't able to sleep beyond that time. Beware, unless you need to be up at that time😌

Have stayed here a few times. Close to freeway entry/exit. Always very clean and updated. Price competitive, good, quality breakfast selections, gym and pool are better than some 5star hotels I've stayed. Staff is VERY professional,easy going and helpful. Reasons why I choose this particular Hampton Inn when I'm in El Centro.

Very , very, very, very...Did I say very clean? Man i think for this property to be open for 6 years....it is probably THE BEST I have see for the age of it. Staff was very personable and friendly!

The hotel was perfectly located near shopping center and dining options. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast reception was always stocked and had various different options. I'd recommend this hotel if you're ever visiting the area.

They rushed to pack up breakfast the first day we were there. Granted, we got to the breakfast area at 9:40 AM but most of the food was gone and the staff refused to make more. It was partially our fault for getting there so late but they advertise breakfast served until 10:00 AM. They should honor that pledge.

Room was average, I was informed that we can pick up breakfast to go in the morning, found out that is Not Saturdays until 6 or 7 am, way after we have to check out. Tv was not working. Front office couldn't give me a print receipt, that i need for bussines expenses. I stay in other one before, close to the Hampton and our stay was better.

Thank you for your feed back , we do not provide breakfast to go bags on weekends. We do always have our breakfast every day from 6am -10am in the Breakfast area 7 days a week .

Staff at check in was borderline rude and took way too long for both check in and checkout. Bathroom had water puddles and caulking coming off in places. Nonfunctional ice machine. Loud neighbor in floor above. Soda vending machine on floor only accepts cash forcing guests to buy from lobby store where prices are higher

Convenient & Comfortable
Comfortable stay for a week on business in El Centro. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet was clean & well stocked. Would be good to have a low fat milk option though . Hotel room was fine. Workout room has good updated equipment. It, along with entire hotel, was very clean. Would love a bit more hot water though. Convenient to restaurants, the mall & several shops within walking distance across the parking lot. I-8 is an easy, right-there on & off as well.
