Unhelpful staff, not the clean fresh room as expected and cigarettes odor very strong. Bed squeaked and sunk in. Next door somewhere still playing music in the middle of night. In addition, No hot water and room didn’t get clean up following day. It was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The rating was so inaccurated.

The listing photos do not match how the hotel actually looks. Furniture is old, stained & smells like mold. I paid for 2 queen sized beds & a sofa bed, but did not get that at all. Ended up with two full size beds with small office chairs & was told not every room is the same with Furniture EVEN THOROUGH THATS WHAT I PAID FOR TO SLEEP MULTIPULE PEOPLE.
