Comfortable and clean. A very nice stay
A friendly welcome when I arrived. Staff greeted me and checked me in quickly. My room was on the 11th floor and was clean, comfortable and a good size. I had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. While service at dinner was slow the food was good. Breakfast was yummy and I enjoyed it. Lots of choice and friendly staff.

January 2020 stay
All generally good and rooms comfortable and well furnished. Wifi could be improved a bit seemed incompatible with my laptop. But a very pleasant stay.

Awesome stay, our only wish was that it had more amenities like an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi.

The hotel is on the airport campus which is very convenient. The breakfast is not free, but if you are looking to have one, it's very rich buffet with an omelet station, cheese, hum, vegetables etc. The only issue we found was that your advertising says it has free parking whereas they charge 18 euro to use their parking. Saying that, if you are there for the night, there is plenty of parking outside due to the fact that it's surrounded by cooperate buildings that have a lot of parking space.

Er waren een aantal punten die tegenvielen: - €18 betalen om te parkeren als je gast bent. - de kamer zorgt voor een claustrofobische ervaring. Het eten was ok, de gastvrouw erg vriendelijk maar ik zal voor geen goud nog een keer hier logeren.

Beste Miranda, Bedankt dat u de tijd hebt genomen om ons feedback te geven Wat jammer om te horen dat uw verblijf bij ons tegenviel. Aan de parking kunnen wij helaas niks doen, aangezien wij dit zelf ook huren van de Flight Forum. Daarnaast snap ik dat de kamer waar in u verbleef claustrofobische over kan komen, u heeft een kamer toegewezen gekregen waar het slaap gedeelte kleiner is maar de badkamer daarintegen weer ruimer opgezet is. Hopelijk mogen wij u in de toekomst toch nog verwelkomen, zodat wij u uw vertrouwen in ons hotel mogen terug winnen.
