I reserved room with 2 beds and they don’t have that room type. Instead they gave me room with pullout sofa. Now my sone will have to sleep on pullout sofa which is very inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Per Expedia this hotel had a pool and hot tub. This is why I booked at this hotel, when arriving and checking in, we find the pool and hot tub are closed. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew. Very disappointed with Expedia.

We just stayed overnight but was very convenient to everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, it was a wonderful stay, easy and friendly check in, truly lovely room, adequate breakfast offerings. Would definitely stay there again in the future.
Registration receptionist was very pleasant ,personable and very attentive to your needs.
The property is very clean . The room and the beds are comfortable.

This is our go-to hotel when we come to visit family in the area. Excellent service, starting with delightful front desk staff, room, amenities, breakfast, the whole experience.
It was a comfortable experience but didn't have access to a key card but the receptionist was polite in opening my room door & escorting me to my room.

The waffle maker during breakfast was nice to have and enjoy. And staff are very accommodating. Check out states 11am on the hotel sign but on Expedia it says noon. So we left at noon and no one gave us an issue.
