I liked the location and room layout, which are close to the US Naval Academy. The breakfast was very good, and the best part was the kitchenette, plates, and silverware!

We chose the property based on the cleanliness reviews after considering another property in the same area. We were not disappointed! The breakfast choices were plentiful with a different hot option each morning.

Rooms had odor, carpet worn and appeared dirty, mildew in shower and buildings need updates throughout. Noise from second floor. No hot water in shower. Staff tried to be helpful and very friendly, but only so much they can do. Surrounding area generally nice.

New favorite Staycation spot
Only stayed for two nights but I plan to come back to this location for any long stays The kitchen area was stocked with essentials and there is a CVS walkable to get supplies for eating in The breakfast is a full variety with a friendly atmosphere So many little areas to make the stay more like home or even resort like with a little fire pit area small pool and basketball court Easy to entertain kids in warmer months HUGE tv and comfy bed Nothing incredibly fancy but if you need a home base to sleep eat and relax it is perfect for that home away from home feel Did not have a pet with me but the pet friendly features were great to see

Overall good stay. Room was cozy. Tv for some odd reason didn’t have a loud enough volume. Bathroom toilet ran long when in use but over all good. Front desk ladies were pleasant.

I was very disappointed that the room I requested when making reservations wasn’t available. If I was staying more than one night, I would have left. On top of that, I had to pay $15.00 for early check in (1:00). Phone didn’t work, sheets for sofa bed were dirty. Contacted front desk about phone and sheets, it was taken care of immediately.

The Staff were super nice to us. We had a medical emergency with a friend that was also staying there which required us to stay with him at a local Hospital from 10 PM until 7 Am the next morning. They were gracious enough to let us have a late check out so we could get a little sleep before a 6-hour drive home. A special thanks to "Jasmine" working the night shift desk for her kindness, understanding and her prayers. She is one special lady!

They let me check in late. The bed was not made. There were used rags still in the room. It was still used soap in the bathroom. The one guy they had working overnight, said that “there is no overnight services.”It just wasn’t worth it. Especially with all the other hotels to choose from around it.

Very pleasantly surprised
This was my first time at this brand of hotel so I didn’t have any expectations. I was surprised in a good way. The room was well appointed for a short stay and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. The gym was small but had everything I needed for a couple of workouts. There was also a very well stocked breakfast in the morning. I have special food needs and I found plenty to eat. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I had never been there before but will definitely go back.

This hotel is actually better than higher end/rated hotels. You have a kitchenette that's stacked with pots/pans/plates/dishwasher. I like the spacing and set up. You can hear people leaving in and out of their room...which is the case for any hotel. I enjoyed this place and will probably stay here again.
