"I would have rated this much higher but the vanity faucet water output was awful. It made shaving and washing very difficult. Also the toilet paper hanger was about ready to fall from the wall. Continental breakfast was average at best. "

"Person checking us in needs to refrain from chatting with customers when others are waiting. We were in an "accessible" room but I'm not sure to whom the bathtub would be accessible. Towels were in a rack shoulder high and away from the shower; shampoo and soap were attached to wall also shoulder high. Why a tub? If someone was using the tub, they wouldn't be able to reach the shampoo. We aren't disabled - we were given the room because of a wedding party that must have needed the standard...

"Very clean and everyone was very friendly. The only complaint is other guests on the hallway that were very noisy at about 1am. But they settled down a pretty quickly. There was some repair work for water damage going on, but we were informed before going to our room and there weren’t any issues with it. The lady taking car of the breakfast area was GREAT! We really enjoyed her and everything there was well taken care of. Thanks for the great stay!"
