"The historic hotel is being remodeled, and my room had a nicely updated bathroom. Good tile work around an what seems to be the original enamel bathtub. The room has not much space around the two double beds, but it is clean, and I found it comfortable. "

"We had a good stay here at this location. The staff was friendly and checking in/out was simple and quick. Not a fan of the beds or pillows as the bed was a little more firm, and my head fell through the pillow, either cheap or old pillows. Only other complain was that the hallway in the back half smelled like urine and the room didn’t seem like it was thoroughly cleaned. However, price was cheap, super quiet stay, and friendly staff, so I would say it was worth it! "

"Staff was great. He changed our room upon request from 2nd to 1st floor. Wish our refrigerator had a freezer. Also wish the bathroom door was a sliding one instead of inwards. Beds are comfortable."
