"The customer service was impeccable! The General manager was so kind and accommodating. I had a recent knee surgery and he personally helped me with my bags and getting my car. It was such a good experience. "

"Quaint and rustic. No frills lodging. This isnt the Ritz Carlton and doesnt claim to be, it's a historical building. Check in was painless. You're given an actual key, not a keycard, for your room. My room was clean and orderly. Shower water pressure was amazing for such an old building. Breakfast next door was great for $8. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Billings! "

"Nice location. Great Bar/Small Casino in the shared parking lot with tasty and inexpensive drinks. Lots of resources nearby if you need food, groceries or anything else. "
