"The hotel has a great concept and a unique atmosphere. The restaurant, beach access, and outdoor pools were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the property feels outdated and poorly maintained. The biggest issue is the noise. Guest room doors face the indoor atrium with the ice rink, and the sound insulation is extremely poor. Throughout the night, people were shouting, singing, and talking loudly, and it sounded as if they were right outside the room. Although there is a quiet-hours policy after 11 PM, it was not enforced, even after complaints to the front desk. We also reported that our room door had nearly a one-inch gap at the bottom, allowing even more noise into the room. The front desk said maintenance would fix it, but nothing was done during our stay. Housekeeping is only provided upon request, but guests are not informed of this. As a result, rooms may go days without cleaning, fresh towels, or trash removal unless specifically requested. Another recurring issue was the room entry door, which often took several attempts to unlock and open. Other guests reported the same problem. The indoor pool appeared neglected, and the water looked noticeably dirty. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its location and amenities, but poor maintenance, lack of noise control, and service issues significantly impacted our experience."
