Dear Michelle. Our locations is definitely one of the things we are very proud of about our hotel. We are so lucky to have a property in the heart of Hartford CT and a very strategic location that brings our guest just a few steps away from must-see attractions and modern-day conveniences.

The staff are all 5 star. The breakfast was on time and they even supplied early risers with breakfast to go bags. Cleanest hotel in a long time. The beds were not good. Mattresses were hard and the beds were made up strangely. I resent it costing $85 for my pet for one night. She’s a quiet, well behaved, 10lb lady who has never made a mess anywhere. $106 for two adults and $85 for my dog? 6 dog biscuits and a piddle pad are not worth that kind of money!!

I enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice but extremely small. The room was roomy and had a lot of space but the housekeeping was non - existent. I stayed 3 nights and asked several times for more towels, and refills on the toiletries and didn’t receive them.

The people visiting this hotel are very noisy, talking loudly in the hallway. Somebody even knocked on our door in the middle of the night. The people above looks like they had a party. Also, you can hear the snoring and the alarm from the other room.

I always choose this hotel when we are in the area to visit family. We didn't have the breakfast this time around, but usually is good when we do! Our room was clean just like every time we come. They even let us stay in the same room even though we had 2 bookings due to last minute changes. Staff was kind, guests were kind, even saw a couple pups! It was a good stay :)

When we got there we were earlier than check in time. We have never had a problem at other Hampton Inns useing the pool until our room was ready but they told us we couldnt it was against policy. We were very upset about this because I had my 8 year old grandaughters with us and they were looking forward to swimming that is the reason we got there early. Then the next morning they were so looking forward to the waffles but again we were disappointed because they said the thing that holds the waffle batter was broken. I saw other people with waffles on their plate and felt like they just could have put the batter in something else to use but just didnt want to be bothered so again my grandaughters were disappointed.
