Excellent property. Clean, staff was excellent, breakfast was good and hot, there is a lounge on site that we were able to order dinner. Room was perfect.

So so
It started off a little hairy not having a room key. Which was okay but when we got locked out of our room and had to wait 20 minutes for the manager with the master key to show up it was a little iffy.

Unfortunate circumstance
Their entire computer system was down , couldnt make a key to our room and couldn't find the master key to open a room. We were told to go somewhere else. I told him it was a non refundable room. Finally found a master key to let us in a room. Couldn't leave to get dinner, no key. Dirty washcloth in in the shower.Staff was friendly, breakfast was ok. Won't stay here again.

60 minutes On hold with Hotels.com
I booked through Hotels, when I got to our destination the hotel had not received our reservation. After a good hour on the phone with Hotels.com I wound up having to cancel my reservation, Julia, the front desk staff on at 10 pm on Halloween, was super pleasant, very helpful and was able to provide a great work around while I remained on hold with Hotels.com. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. We took a cold breakfast to go including a container of grapes, which was delicious. Thank you Julia for making a frustrating situation, so much easier to deal with. We will stay again should we find ourselves in Eads, Colorado

Nice hotel
Easy to find. Would stay again. Convienent to Sand Creek massacre and Amache Japanese site. Breakfast good. Friendly staff.

A pretty decent breakfast and the staff was polite and friendly. Bring tennis shoes if you will be walking your dog, as the area around the hotel is mostly crushed gravel and/or dirt with lots of stickers. Not the hotels fault.

Eads is a very small town in Colorado that just happened to be half way between Rapid City SD and Lubbock TX. We had low expectations and were happily supprised by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff and hotel. It was a wonderful stay in the middle of nowhere!! Cudos to the Cobblestone for making sure we had all we needed and more!

Beautiful hotel. I love staying at this hotel chain. The breakfast was delicious, good selection of food for hotel breakfast. The front desk girls were so nice too. The parking lot coming into the hotel was a bit rough, actually caused my tire to go low but other than that a great stay. Clean rooms, homey feel

Great Experience
The room refrigerator made a loud knocking noise every so often, which I forgot to mention to the staff, but otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and my room was both extremely clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!
