I booked through Hotels, when I got to our destination the hotel had not received our reservation. After a good hour on the phone with Hotels.com I wound up having to cancel my reservation, Julia, the front desk staff on at 10 pm on Halloween, was super pleasant, very helpful and was able to provide a great work around while I remained on hold with Hotels.com. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. We took a cold breakfast to go including a container of grapes, which was delicious. Thank you Julia for making a frustrating situation, so much easier to deal with. We will stay again should we find ourselves in Eads, Colorado
