It was "real" hotel with a good restaurant, massive foyer to sit around on comfortable sofas and read and relax The bedroom was well equipped and I had a room with very little domestic noise

The location
The overall experience was not a pleasant one. The room AC was not working and was not attended seriously until reported three times. Finally room was changed.

It was ok. Charged for room again, even though I paid through your booking system. He mentioned that they do not accept online payments. Will request refund soon from Hotel.com
