The hotel was very clean and the staff was efficient and helpful. A couple of minor things - the faucet in the bathtub was very difficult to turn and the air conditioner shut off during the night and the room went up to 78 degrees. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

This was the nicest and cleanest hotel we have stayed at in a long time. I was thrilled with the decor and felt safe. The girl up front was sweet as could be. Breakfast offered lots of good choices. My only complaint would have to be the bathroom fan was extremely loud when flipped the light on.

We only spent one short night, but it was quiet and we felt safe. The room was comfortable, the bathroom a bit dated. We enjoyed the breakfast, microwaveable breakfast egg sandwiches, fresh fruit and more! Would definitely stay again.

My room was clean and quiet and close to the lobby and parking! My only complaint is that the room needed a little minor cosmetic TLC... the wallpaper was curled up in a few spots and one towel bar was loose.

Rooms were basically quiet and clean. Breakfast was typical for traveling. One machine in work out room didn't work. But had a restful night sleep.

Great place to stay
Christina was very welcoming. She gave us a great dinner recommendation. Our room was very clean & comfortable. We were able to park our travel trailer in the back area. The breakfast had lots of choices including sausage biscuits which we love.

Great!
Overnight stay heading to Denver from Austin. Reasonable price, older hotel undergoing renovations. Very friendly staff. Happy breakfast started at at 5:30 am as we usually leave before 6 am Will stay here again!

This was the BEST quality Inn I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a little dated but you can see where they’ve made improvements at the facility. The room was great, with a comfy bed, great shower and ability to control room temp. The lobby was nice. With a good breakfast. All employees I interacted with were very friendly & helpful! Very happy with this choice!

Will stay again when I travel through Dumas.
The hotel parking lot was clean from litter. Lobby was clean and inviting. The desk clerk was friendly and was quick to check me into my room.

Stopping to rest on a long trip home. This is a great hotel. Good value. Great restaurant across the street- best burger ever! Chandler at the front desk checked us in and was super helpful during our stay!!

We have stayed here three times in the last four months. Each time it’s dirtier and the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Not friendly and they look like they just walked off the street. Water leak in first room and I’m in crutches. Almost fell. Second room had loud heater and they did nothing when they said they would look at it. Don’t think I’ll stay here again. I’ll spend the extra money and stay at La Quinta or Best Western

We were not able to make the trip due to weather. Tried to cancel the day before but was not allowed. I understand the 24 hour requirement and I missed that by a couple hours. Send to me it would have been easy to allow and keep a happy customer. Evidently not.
