Every single staff member was friendly and super helpful. The location is great, lots of shopping and dining choices in the area and very walkable. The room was comfortable and we loved the small kitchen, it was so convenient! We loved how eco-friendly the property strives to be and the fact that there were laundry facilities on site was great too. We would definitely stay there again.

Definitely some good and bad with this property. On the positive side the building is highly secure within walking distance of most attractions in central Dublin including the castle, Temple bar, Guinness, Saint Stephen’s Park, the epic Museum, and others. On the negative side, the building is highly secured because it has to be. It’s in a very high traffic area with questionable characters adorning the sidewalk. One of our party did not stay because they felt unsafe in the area. Another downside is that the rooms are tiny. Our initial room on the second floor overlooked a graffiti filled vacant lot. We moved to the top floor Riverview room and it was much better, although Very small. Overall we had a good stay but I’m not sure we would stay here again.
