The receptionist at our arrival was unfriendly and unwelcoming. It was disappointing to start with her attitude. The restaurant however were friendly and accomodating with excellent service. It was nice to have a coffee bar available in the reception area for easy access! This service was also excellent. The room, though quite a long walk from the elevator was very clean, bed/pillows very comfortable, but the bed had metal wheels that stuck out and toes/feet were injured a lot! One set was even broken and stuck out. I asked for a receipt when departing and the receptionist refused, saying I would receive one from Expedia. However, I had made a long distance call since our flight had been cancelled, put a credit card amount down for "credit" and was told "not to worry about it"!

The staff was friendly and food was good even though it was pricey and you can probably find cheaper outside of the Temple Bar area. Shopping centre is a good walk but achievable probably 20min walk, taxis are regular but a bit more tricky if there is more than 5 in your party. Rooms are clean and tidy even tho we did lose some pyjama bottoms, which was probably collected in the room service. Breakfast is good and you can pretty much ask for anything to be cooked up for your selfs. Overall we enjoyed are stay and would go back again.

This hotel did not disappoint! Great on-site restaurant (Bbar)- we ate there 3x! Amazing breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful service. The location is so close to bus stops and a few minutes walk to good restaurants. It’s about a 15-17 minute walk to St. Stephen’s Green and the surrounding bars and restaurants, depending on your pace. Would definitely recommend Clayton Hotel Burlington Road!

Airport shuttle drops right at hotel. Not too close to Central zone which for us meant quieter. A few restaurants and pubs are withing walking distance in addition to the large ones on site. Very helpful concierge staff with good sense of humor

We had no idea what area of the city the hotel was located in, however, we were pleasantly surprised at how convenient it was for exploring the city centre on foot. Wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking. The staff were very attentive and took care of an issue that arised from an adjoining room. The only thing we noticed is that there are no face cloths available so be sure to bring your own!! Overall a wonderful experience!

The room originally assigned was not not clean and didn't have USB ports. The staff quickly addressed our issue and assigned another room that was cleand and had USB ports.

This property was excellent in every way. The staff, service, cleanliness of the room were extremely important. We needed medical assistance and they called a doctor for us and the outcome to the situation was superb. I would definitely stay here again!

I really liked how the property wasn’t centrally located and was in a quieter neighborhood. It was conveniently located near many bus stops so it was accessible to the city centre. Thought it was a huge hotel, we thought that the attention to customer service by the staff was excellent. The hotel itself was unfortunately, very dated. We didn’t think it was as clean and witnessed many small details in our room that we thought were unclean. We were also stuck inside our room one day as we couldn’t open the door as there was something jamming it from opening. Though they tended to it quickly, it was still an annoying part of our stay. For the quality of the stay, especially w the poor cleanliness, I didn’t think the price was worth it.

Did not like the showers. Walkin shower for handicap room had low pressure. Other rooms have very narrow tubs and for older people did not feel safe taking a shower. Hotel staff was great in changing rooms to facilitate and older person.

This hotel is huge takes almost 5 minutes to get from elevator to my room. I loved the design and ammenities. The full Irish breakfast was nice. The only think that disappointed is a lot of things are broken or heavily scratched or chipped. The fridge wooden door was completely ripped off the metal door stuck behind and pointy end of the screws pointing out and that is a serious safety risk. Avoid the room service pizza the cheese is of low quality and the tomato sauce bitter and acidy same with the ham melt cheese with tomato bland and absolutely discusting and a real rip off for 43€ it’s to avoid at all cost. Other than those two things they need to immensely improve I enjoyed my stay there.

The staff at this hotel were all excellent. We were greeted at check in with a smile and that continued throughout our stay. The hotel is on a great bus route but you can also walk to the city. Fantastic location for a stay in Dublin.

The hotel was adequate. my room was clean and in good condition. What I didn’t like was not getting a feeling of being welcomed, which is unusual in Ireland. I felt like a customer rather than a guest. It’s a rather soulless place.

Hotel was very clean and my room very quiet and comfortable. Facilities were great and all I needed. The staff were friendly and polite, and if there was anything to improve upon it was a little more attentiveness over breakfast. A bit more variety in the menu for evening meals would be good. Otherwise absolutely fine.

Handy if you are attending a conference but it’s very run down. Rooms are musty and old. The staff are very nice, and the rooms are clean but this place needs a renovation asap.

Pleased with the unexpected early check in . Staff all pleasant and helpful throughout. Room was fine apart from problem with extractor in bathroom which was dealt with by reception. Breakfast was solid with plenty of choice and as much as you wanted . Also very good value . Overall ; we had a very good enjoyable stay.
