The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a very good waitress at dinner, I believe her name was Jodie. She was great!

This was just a mediocre motel, getting run down. The parking lot and surrounding areas were pretty dirty. The front staff was OK, the bartender was great, and the room cleaners were great. Overall, mediocre.

The building signage is weak; the drop-off / entrance location is among worst; interface w Expedia did not catch my breakfast order; Expedia charged double for breakfast; the foreign staff struggled w engagement; why call a number after hours to get in front door when I have a swipe key? Something about design caused wind-whipping sound against windows all night ….. not a horrible place; just lacking some logic.

The hotel stands alone. Nothing other than roads and apartments. Convenient access to the M's. Downtown isn't far, but it isn't walkable. I'm sure the bus stop is somewhere close but want looking for it.

I needed a room between a trip to Ireland and a trip to Scotland and didn’t want to pay too much. You get what you pay for. Bed was hard as a rock. People at the front desk didn’t understand how Apple cards work, and the “room service” was not delivered to the room, you had to go get it. It is not a walkable area so you have to depend on the hotel’s restaurant. Food was decent. I would probably opt for a hotel closer to the airport as I paid $50 for a taxi and could have just spent more money on the hotel to be closer to the airport.

Greater at reception and immediately told I had to pay a €50 damage deposit before I had even checked in and been asked my name. Had to provide a form of ID at check in also. No water in the room so I went to buy a bottle from the bar €6.50 for water I asked to this and another drink to my which the barman said no problem got me to sign for them and gave me the receipt. Went back to my and 10 min later the room phone rang and a gentleman told me I needed to go back to the bar and pay for my drinks!! I told I had charged them to my room and he replied “we don’t do room charges the pre authorised amount on your card is for room damages” I told him I was not coming back down to the bar and I would settle the bill on checkout to with he replied “No it must be done now” Again I said I was not going back to the bar and he insisted that he send someone to my room to pay in cash. Very disappointing attitude and a hotel I will not be back to.

Lovely hotel, warm welcome, friendly staff.
Its a lovely hotel, lots of parking and not too far from central but we hired a car so didnt use public transport. There was a warm, friendly welcome at reception. We had told them our flight was delayed and they responded quickly to our message of late arrival The room was on 4th floor, nice and warm, clean. Everything worked fine, tv, shower etc... Only problem was my mattress was quite hard so not very comfortable but it was only for 2 nights so...also the bathroom light would not switch off and the ventilation didnt seen to be working. I did in form them but only when we were leaving. We had dinner and breakfast once. Food was great, very tasty however not much vegetarian options for dinner, only pizza. The Buffet Breakfast had lots of choices, cereal, pastries, fruit, yoghurt as well as cooked hot food, eggs, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms etc but nothing specific for vegetarians like sausages. I was told vegetarian is not that popular in the area (?)

Very reasonable hotel , good breakfast ,the evening food offering when we were there was only pizza and sandwiches,,they were ok . Beds were comfortable . Convenient for liffey valley if youre shopping , id stay again.

We arrived early to leave our bags at reception, but as our rooms were ready we were able to check straight in. There was a very good choice of food at the buffet style breakfast. Evening meal in the restaurant was delicious. Very glad we decided to eat there.

Comfortable hotel with underground parking.
Comfortable hotel with underground parking. Very warn carpets in corridor and bedroom but nice atmosphere and no other problems. Good quality food in the restaurant. I’d be happy to go back.

Had everything we needed for a night near Dublin. Free parking and transit stop directly in front of the hotel which was great for taking transit into Dublin. The room was decent for the price, nothing special but got the job done.

Good value property. A bit far out of the centre of town, but very close train station so easy enough to get into town. Beware that trains do not run as often as in other major cities

Mostly good for a night, the beds could be after, and a £50 deposit wasnt mentioned until i arrived at check-in. For the amount spent, breakfast could do with being included. Other than the aforementioned, i can recommend for a decent night.

There was nothing around the hotel but it did have access to the bus going to the centre of Dublin just opposite the hotel. The restaurant advertised that they had freshly made pizzas which could even be ordered as takeaway's for the local community. However on our second evening we went to the restaurant and tried to order a pizza but was told they were not doing it that evening with no reason given!
