"We were really late getting to the hotel as our flight was delayed had trouble with our car. That was no trouble and the man at reception was very pleasant. Room was lovely and modern and clean with hairdryer, iron and board, safe etc. Got up early to get breakfast which was lovely only to discover our car wouldn’t start again when we were leaving. A gentlemen named Josh at reception was so helpful. He did everything for us to try find someone with jump leads to help us out. When he did eventually get jump leads, he came down to the car park himself and got our car going. He was just so polite and helpful and couldn’t have been any nicer. He was made to work with people. Such a lovely experience to get from something that could have been so bad for us. Thank you Josh! We are forever grateful."
