"The hotel was beautiful, the interior, exterior, pool area and views. The staff were friendly and always willing to help you. The food was excellent. Our only criticism with half board is that it was very disappointing to not be given at least a bottle of water with our meal and be expected to pay £8 for a bottle, especially as water was delivered freely to your room every day. We visited all the restaurants and the food was of a high standard. However, we were disappointed that the steak restaurant options available to half board customers did not include any steaks. On the whole we had a fantastic holiday here and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The facility is a little old but still excellent. We stayed on the horizon club level and the access to the private lounge, pool and viewing deck up top make it worth it. Breakfast buffet downstairs, gym and pool were also good. Service was perhaps the highlight."

"Super staff, enjoyable breakfast and good provision of food and drinks in lounge. Good access to Aqua park (which was fun) Do allow time to get your car brought up from the garage. Style is Disneyesque but for some that will be a plus "
