Coffee machine was not working and leaking all over the place. The machine failed on my second day there. No coffee in my room. The location is good. Al Arab and The Address are more reliable.

Dubai delivers
Can’t fault our stay. Wonderful and friendly staff. Room cleaned daily to an exceptional standard. Great location with direct access to Mall of the Emirates. We stayed in room 806 which had a fantastic view. Would be my first choice if I was staying in Dubai.

Perfect base- in the Mall so shops and restaurants all on the doorstep. Bar and food on 5 th floor also good. Pools were ideal with plenty of sunbeds and towels. Lifeguards were very helpful. Taxis outside or in the Mall. Would return

Very convenient next to the mall. A very helpful and nice reception girl called Alice. Very good room service. They upgraded us to a junior suite because we need a shower room instead of a long bath tub. However, the shower door rubber has worned off, as a result, after every shower, the water will flow out to the outer bathroom & we need to mop them out after every use.

Comfort zone but not for Ramadan
Not suitable for Ramadan month, otherwise good. I have stayed before and loved it. They have a terrible menu for Sehri, basically a rip-off if you have already paid for breakfast. I spoke to one of the duty managers at reception and he claimed he will discuss with the chef and other relevant management about it. I asked him how could he justify the sehri combo with breakfast options and he couldnt. So i told him hotel should be fair to its guests and stop being soo stingy over sehri and iftari.

Will definitely stay here again. Staff are friendly and professional, even when harried with lots of guests. Excellent location -- There is direct access to Mall of the Emirates which has direct access to the Dubai Metro. Uber and taxis abound. Pro tips: 1. get dropped off at MOE parking (there are signs pointing to Sheraton) to avoid the traffic leading to and the clog in the main driveway 2. The french fries in the lobby cafe are the best i've ever had. Ever. (Although the breakfast spread could be better).

Jeevan is awesome!
A huge shout out to our house keeper Jeevan for being just the most amazing person to interact with! He went out of his way to be kind tous and our child, went above and beyond in terms of service and even made the sweetest elephant out of towels along with leaving us a personalized note to express that our comfort was a priority for him - he truly won us over! I hope Sheraton promotes him and lets him train more staff. we definitely hope to return!

Staff could be better
Checking in was a headache. I arrived from the mall on the second floor and was told that I had to go to the ground floor to check in. I got down there and was told that I had to go to the 5th floor to check in. Every time I had to interact with staff there, it was like they were completely confused and unable to accomplish simple tasks. We also weren't asked to put a deposit on the room when we checked in. Then anytime we tried to do anything, like make a phone call or go to breakfast, they wouldn't let us because we didn't put a deposit on the room. There was 5 of us, none of us were told about a deposit when we checked in. Another example, we had COVID tests done. One person said they would send the paper results to the room. Then I got a call to pick them up on the ground floor. I got there and no one seemed to know anything about them, and I had to wait around to get an envelope that was sitting right on their desk. In addition, most don't understand English well. I would have to repeat what I said more than 5 times and sometimes had to ask to speak to other people. The hotel is also confusing with two separate elevators that go to different floors. The good was that the rooms were really clean and the view from the rooftop pool area was fantastic. It was also convenient to be attached to the mall.
