As you were staying in a two-bedroom apartment, it was likely that you will be charged AED 40 per night. Indeed, all of the apartments are checked at least three times a day before being considered worthy of welcoming our guests. It is, therefore, more than unlikely that you could have found the apartments in such condition as you have described. However, we carry out extremely rigorous and precise monitoring of all our apartment condition, to improve our quality of service every day. We are always committed to serving our guests from all origins, in the best possible conditions, to make them live memorable moments while placing the quality of service at the heart of our priorities.
