Upon arrival we were told that our reservation through Expedia did not exist. At 4 am after coming from a long flight with young children, this was a dreadful thing to hear. We made efforts ourselves to connect with Expedia to resolve this matter. The hotel staff displayed no interest in helping resolve this matter or to discuss the matter with Expedia. Very, very unprofessional!

The Hotel was very nice to stay and the staff are very well trained obedience. The House keeping was very nice. Over all the experience is markable.

Definitely Recommend it to visitors.Outstanding value for money. Rooms are Spacious, facilities good. Staff was wonderful, friendly ,extremely professional and kind people. I would say they are definitely doing above then just good service . Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The front desk is totally unprofessional. They ask to call at specific time to cancel the reservation. Even after calling, they did not cancel my reservation.

Booked a suite... but for some reason breakfast wasnt included... guest friendly but still had to pay extra ... no drinks as in sodas or juices or extra water in the mini fridge. No bathrobes or slippers and warn out towles in the bathroom... id be embarrassed to say this is a suite.

This hotel is full off staff who do not care about the customer. It is scam that is run by the hotel who allow booking for 2 adults and 2 kids and offer only sofa(not sofa bed) for kids to sleep And charge a lot extra money if we request extra bed which basic need for 4 people to sleep to justify the booking This is one of money making scams that is run in the hotel. I would recommend to all other hotels of Dubai than this one

Freaking clean, and located near Al Fahidi metro station.Nice and clean gym. Uttam the fitness instructor hè Will give you one on one training. This guy really knows how to get you going for your goal. And the head manager was very nice (when i had very high fever) especially order his staff too take me to the hospital with his one private car no one does that these day. I really love to go back to this hotel. Its just made my trip.

more welcoming at the entrance required as you have to wait for staff inside to respond while waiting lifts are too small and hardly 4 people can stand in each (2 lifts) and at times staff use it for luggage and when busy in my case had to wait 5 min to go to 4th floor

Nice hotel no one knows
Nice hotel very clean very comfortable. Needs a few more spa facilities then would be even more perfect. One problem we did encounter, returning back to the hotel was an issue not of the taxi drivers had heard of it we had mention a nearby hotel Fourtune grand for them to relies where to go. Apart from that little hiccup it was very enjoyable. Excellent.

Ich kam mir vor als wäre ich in Indien, das hat mit Dubai nichts mehr zu tun. Fahrstuhl ist immer besetzt und mit Kinderwagen hat man echt Probleme. Frühstück Katastrophe also ich hab mehr arabisches Flair erwartet das war nicht mal wert runter zu gehen.

Sehr nah gelegen am Flughafen, Einkaufszentren usw
Alles wunderbar. Das Personal sehr nett vor allem Herr Maher. Leider das Frühstück hat uns nicht so gut gefallen (aber vielleicht Geschmacksache) sonst gerne wieder.

Excelente opción en Dubái
Excelente hotel. Instalaciones nuevas y excelente decoración. Habitaciones pequeñas pero con ese precio no hay discusión. Cuando se viaja a Dubái, la mayor parte del tiempo se está en Toures y ellos te recojan en el hotel y solo se utiliza el hotel para dormir. El servicio y atención del personal inigualable. Muchas gracias. Saludo especial a los muchachos botones. Muy activos y proactivos. El hotel se encuentra ubicado a 30 minutos del aeropuerto, en un barrio que ofrece buenos restaurantes a buen precio, supermercados y casas de cambio. Muy buena opción para ir de turismo a Dubái. Gracias a todo el equipo de trabajo.
