ive stayed here before and its still in great condition and great service. just super expensive. grabbed a quick espresso at the cafe downstairs and i was charged $17. theres no need for that type of extortion.

I didn't know what to expect with my first time traveling to Dubai. I've received so much mixed feedback from friends and colleagues. Let me just say that I FELL IN LOVE with Dubae and a lot of that had to do with my stay at the Mandarin Oriental. This place is phenomenal from check-in to the time we departed. I stayed in July 2022 with my wife and two kids and this place epitomizes luxury and superior customer service. Everything was perfect and because of this experience, I will be back in October for my birthday.

Memorable moments at the Mandarin Oriental
We had a really lovely 2 days in the Mandarin Oriental. The rooms and facilities are great but what really makes the hotel so wonderful is the people. Everyone we met was so helpful and wanted us to have a great stay from the front desk team, to the team in the spa. A special call out to the team in the club lounge who deliver a relaxed, yet high quality service. The afternoon tea in the club lounge was one of the most interesting, and delicious that we have ever had. Yes this hotel is expensive, but you can see where the money is being spent, the quality of the food, the crockery, the lobby, its all there. There are far too many extra little touches to call out, but its this coupled with the teams attention to detail that makes it a truly 5 star experience. To give this review some balance we did have a small issue during our stay with external noise that was out of the hotels control, but it was dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction.

From the staff, porters, housekeepers, and room service were amazing! Operator were not at all, did not understand and attitude was on. 3 star level. Issue was everyone expected a tip which frankly not expected at such a property. Price was exuberant at 3 times there normal rate.

The worst experience and worst madarin
Ut was the worst experience ever and i won’t stay again at such facility. The front dest are the worst u would deal with and the service is really bad. The pool area is under construction so imagine relaxing at the pool and having endless noise. Everything about my stay was bad except the fact that the facility itself and the rooms are really good.
