The lobby is not ideal for this rating,
The breakfast quality wan not good , the timing of breakfast is not good.
Also in the room were many small cockroaches,
That is a sign of negligence
I stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room room, the room is extremely small, the bathroom is very old and smells with the strong cleaning chemicals. The staff are not very nice. However, the hotel is relatively near to the Metro station and the Mall.

This hotel is not rated for two stars. Nice club on the first floor, not possible to sleep condition of the property hazard !!! Not recommended to anyone!!

This hotel is defenitly not a 4 star hotel , dirty and smell off smoke in the room and very noisy at night from the night club

this place needs a complete look at its management and operations.
toilets atrocious, maintenance next to nil. no towels in both rooms i hired. had to call 3 times to get the flush done and twice for toilet paper!! go figure.

Bad experience. Rude staff, no courtesy to listen to guest's concerns and fix them. Small bathrooms, fridge not working, safe in room not fit for purpose as it is small and not fixed, and can be taken away easily.

The swimming pool was not on offer ... when I asked about I did not get a satisfactory reply ... yet I booked this hotel to be able to use the swimming pool
This hotel was full of bed bugs, mold, dirt, and cockroaches. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. My family and I had to leave and find another hotel because we couldn’t live in filth any longer.
I was disappointed in one thing which is the rating. When i booked it said it was a 4 star but I believe its at most a 3 star. The pool wasn’t working too which was a big part in my booking.
I am however very pleased with the service.10/10 there.
It's was great comparing to the the price.
The room was clean and in very good condition.
The parking is under the hotel is good
Only the loud voice of the Arabic bar is very noisy at night.
No one asked me for a drink as I arrived. And I was very tired and thirsty. Room was fine. Clean. But the bathroom was tiny. Couldn’t even open the door properly
Karaoke sound was very horrible, noisy in this hotel. I requested to give me a room far away from it, and 4th floor room was given, i could hear terrible song.
Room was old but clean. Reception has bad smell, hotel area was not safe. People staying in this hotel are drunk, poor. I didnt feel safe.
I stayed here for 7 nights and had warm water available for shower only for 2 days as they had troubles with the motor and dint fix it and had no other option
Full night noisily (music sound) can't sleep, room carpet very dirty, heater not working in the bathroom, shower room door damaged (not replaced), room access card not working sometimes, not worth which amount i was payed. Totally disappointed. Duration of stay (4th March to 6th March)
Booked a room for 4 nights after the 1st night there was no hot water and stayed there for 3 nights still didn’t fix it had to leave a night before …front desk kept saying they are fixing which no one fixed through the whole hotel
