Location is good. Service was excellent. Front-desk & Restaurant Personnel also need to be commended, as they made our stay worthwhile:
These people are: France, Jessica, Anil, Julie Ann, Amoya, Febie, Roy, and the Filipino Chef de Partie [forgot his name]! Excellent service!
Food was also perfect. Buffet spread was simple, limited and repetitive, but well executed. We enjoyed the food very much. Couple that with the service, we couldn't ask for more.
The experience was reminiscent of Adam Sandler's Blended, as the hotel service made us feel at home. Plus the rooms were equally HUGE!
However, if the hotel is open to improvement, it could use some of the following additions:
1.) Shower Curtains. The shower has no curtains. A bit of a surprise given its 5* status. First time we stayed in a hotel that doesn't have such a basic feature.
2.) Promptness in Refilling Restroom Consumables. As there is no convenient store nearby, it would be nice if housekeeping could promptly replace toothbrush kits, among others, without having to wait

Overall it was a pleasant stay, and as we were there for business in World Trade, location was unbeatable. A 30-second walk.
