All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Mathew at the Olivine restaurant was especially the best! He was super helpful and friendly! He was very attentive and always knew what we were having for breakfast! Will definitely book again!

What a fantastic property! In addition to the rooms being extremely spacious, the staff was great (front desk, restaurant) and it was a short 10 minute walk to the tram station which we used daily. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay
The room was amazing as they upgraded us to 3bed room duplex room! Such a spacious and amazing room. Breakfast was simple and we loved it! The staffs at reception and FnB was so lovely!

It was great experience to stay at Jumeirah with the family. The flat amenities and ambiance was amazing Starting from the check-in superb service and courtesy of staff at the restaurant. Highly recommended

This was the most luxurious hotel we had ever stayed in and at an extremely reasonable price. The attention to detail was striking. The personnel went above and beyond constantly and consistently. Breakfast was included and we loved Irma in particular who helped keep my coffee cup/ fountain flowing at all times :) Front desk staff knew us by first name, always had a smile on their faces for all hours of the night. Security staff and valet were extremely friendly. This will likely be our go to hotel apartments for all future Dubai trips.

Very memorable and enjoyable stay. We were very well looked after and the hotel staff were fantastic. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Also the hotel was within an easy 10 minute walk from the metro station which can take you to landmarks like burj khalifa. Overall a brilliant stay.

Family of four, lovely apartment - location decent, taxi to wild wadi about twelve pounds - much better than waiting on the free shuttle. Uber was actually much easier than taxi, breakfast fab - nice roof top pool. We would go again

Jumeirah Living - exceptional staff!
Location is good. Service was excellent. Front-desk & Restaurant Personnel also need to be commended, as they made our stay worthwhile: These people are: France, Jessica, Anil, Julie Ann, Amoya, Febie, Roy, and the Filipino Chef de Partie [forgot his name]! Excellent service! Food was also perfect. Buffet spread was simple, limited and repetitive, but well executed. We enjoyed the food very much. Couple that with the service, we couldn't ask for more. The experience was reminiscent of Adam Sandler's Blended, as the hotel service made us feel at home. Plus the rooms were equally HUGE! However, if the hotel is open to improvement, it could use some of the following additions: 1.) Shower Curtains. The shower has no curtains. A bit of a surprise given its 5* status. First time we stayed in a hotel that doesn't have such a basic feature. 2.) Promptness in Refilling Restroom Consumables. As there is no convenient store nearby, it would be nice if housekeeping could promptly replace toothbrush kits, among others, without having to wait for us contact housekeeping/concierge. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and as we were there for business in World Trade, location was unbeatable. A 30-second walk.

Arrived about 45 min prior to check in, went to the pool. The receptionist could have just called to let me know room was ready, but instead of taking the easy way, came to find me at the pool to hand deliver my room keys and inform me that we had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom . Amazing stay and service . Easy and central location Only downside is there are no restauraunts per se ( except poolside) and no alcohol is served serviced . But there are some me casual dining places that are a 10 min walk away

Great time with family
We had a fantastic time together as a family staying in a duplex apartment. Kids loved the Burj Khaleefa view from the living room. Right next to the Trade Centre. Staff was very kind and always ready to help. Breakfast choice could have been better but that was compensated well by the warm and welcoming service every morning. Swimming pool for kids was really good. Complementary Wild Wadi water resort pass and beach resort passes added to the fun. Overall we had a fantastic experience. Sure to return for another vacation soon.

Amazing property, very good value for money, especially for families requiring more than one room. The place is very big and the service very good. Spacious apartements very well serviced and a pool with nice views of Burj Khalifa. Close to financial district and Dubai Mall. A bit far from Jumeirah beach and The Palm. All the personnel is really kind and try to assist in every possible way. Breakfast is complete (quite diverse buffet). Free wifi in the room. And the free access and transportation to Wadi Water Park is a big bonus.

Good for trade centre
The location was ideal for the trade centre and only a short walk to the nearest metro. Apartment was spacious, although the second bedrooms bathroom lacked a proper shower. The master suite however had a great bathroom.
