Gulf oasis is lovely and great price too.
We had the best of our moments in Dubai within the apartment. The room was extra comfy. The kitchen and other amenities are well suited and up to date. The gym was a great place to work out and the pool area was awesome as I entertained about 6 friends who came to visit. Did I remember to say we were upgraded on arrival?

Quiet hotel, good amenities
The Gulf Oasis Hotel Appartments is a decent quiet hotel in the Tecom area of Dubai. Within walking distance of the Internet City Metro station and with multiple shops and places to eat near by it is in a good location for going out and exploring Dubai. Our apartment had a kitchen, double bed sitting area with satellite TV. The bathroom was small and needed a spruce up, but was adequate. The hotels pool/spa area is small but does the job. The staff were always friendly and helpful. All in all I would recommend this hotel

Nice decent hotel in a central location. Staff were pleasant and helpful and although basic, the facilities served the needs of my family. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is on a budget but looking for comfort and all round amenities.

Worst Hotel Apartment in Dubai
This was the worst hotel I stayed in in Dubai. I reside in Dubai for the last 12 years. I stayed in the hotel because I provided my own apartment to my gusts. I had requested a non-smoking apartment. However, the apartment they provided me, on my arrival, as non-smoking was actually smoking apartment. It was dirty and we found a few roaches during the first 2 days. Finally, after a number of complaints they change the apartment and provided another one which was better and actually was a non-smoking apartment. A few days after we reported the existence of the roaches in the apartment we received a notice under our door that the hotel management planes to spray the apartments in the hotel with chemicals over the weekend. Interesting! I am very disappointed that Expedia offers such places to its client.

Budget appt hotel delivers high grade of room and plenty of parking. The only disappointment was the gym n pool closed at 7pm.

a nice hotel and a pleasant staff
We stayed at this hotel for 12 days and it was a really good experience. we did enjoy the facilities of the room and the hotel, the very friendly and pleasant staff, the location of the hotel was quite good lots of room for parking which made it easy to get in and about the city. We would sincerely go back or recommend any of our fiends to go to this hotel ans it made it worth everyday.

Good hotel apartment
I had a good experience overall. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed and pillows were very good. Kitchen had everything to cook with. For me the metro was a bit far, but taxis were easy to find. Area is ok, felt safe and its well located. Just one negative, the room was not ready when we arrived, but was able to leave my bags in the lobby. Overall, safe, clean, and confortable.

Not happy....Misleading info on the Main Amenities
The Main Amenities on Hotels.com says there is a Restaurant and Pool bar, pool bar is what got me to book this place, YET There is absolutely Nothing Like that.... Had 2 nights stay with friends, my studio room was not too nice, Room and Bed smelled of cigarettes, other than that it was just okay, nothing to write home about....the other room was big and clean...

Comfy apartment great value
Just what we were after. Close to where we needed to go for a wedding. Comfortable apartment space that was reasonably priced. Supermarket close by, easy to catch cabs, friendly staff.

For what you pay for I think this hotel is definitely value for money. Of course, like any other budget hotel, there is room for improvement. But, after staying for 11 days, nothing major sticks out. The hotel employees are very friendly and helpful (they arranged for a taxi to collect my luggage and pick me up on the way to the airport).

A few pros and cons of Gulf Oasis Hotel Apartments
Pros: Room was great-- clean, big, homey. Loved it. Hotel is fairly close to the tram which was nice. Cons: Internet is not free. Tecom (hotel location) isn't a particularly fascinating area. Hotel service was not prompt.

The Studio apartment was spacious and comforting.
Everything was good, but they say that they can give a crib for the children to sleep in but its like a park and my child didn't feel comfort in it and end up sleeping on the couch but everything else was good.

This is a good place and good value for money, we were upgraded to a one bedroom at no extra charge, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and efficient our check in and check out were quick with no problem. the room was very large, comfortable and fairly clean. some small details were overlooked but nothing that I would consider an issue. The house keeping staff were a little inconsistent but again nothing to complaint about. Hotel is in a good location, 20 minutes walk to the metro station which was OK in November but might be a problem in hotter months. I suggest taking the bus to the metro, they run about every 30 minutes and the bus stop is about 100m from the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel in November 2014. I went home with a good impression about the hotel. The main comment is about the door of my unit which was old and in a bad condition. the lights in the bathroom is not enough at all and if one wants to shave he will struggle a bit. The TV was not working very well either since many channels were blank. Other than this I think the room and the hole amenities are quite good. The hotel is also located in a nice area (T-com).

Very good experience overall
Excellent breakfast and service, I had a room upgrade which was good. Downside was only shower water too hot and cloth dryer machine not working. I did not bother to much to report the hot water issue but they provided a cloth dryer frame to put on the balcony. Also, no Australian type electric power-points. Very friendly staff.

Room size is great, bigger than most hotel. Like the kitchen. Big flat screen TV Internet was charged for AED25 per day on my bill, but the speed was slow in the first day, called several time to fix it. Breakfast is expensive compared with what you can get.

Been going through Dubai for 7 years now, and anytime I stay for more than 3 days, I try to pick a hotel apartment, that I can do my own laundry in, cook, and that is near a metro station. This place had everything I needed for my 9 day stay. The gym was a bit sad, but there is an MMA Fitness facility directly across the street. The one bedroom apartment was ideal, I was able to do my own grocery shopping nearby, and cook my own meals, everything was provided. Local businesses also deliver in a timely manner, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the stay was reasonably priced. It was about a 15 min walk from the metro station, which in Dubai, can be a bit uncomfortable! But, there were plenty of Taxi's available in the area.

The surrounding area is constantly under construction and its not uncommon to hear building noise in early hours...obviously this is not the fault of this hotel but its hard to have a lie in on a weekend. Otherwise the room was clean enough and fully furnished with cooking equipment. Tiny bathroom/shower however, very small.

I found Gulf Oasis a reasonable and comfortable hotel in this price range. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. My room was clean and all equipped with necessary items. The accessibility to key points like Malls of Emirates is an advantage to Gulf Oasis.

Bath cabin was extremely small I couldn't even wash my body properly bathroom was wet all the time bath cabin and waste commode were leaking sofa was smelling wet and there were a lot of mites in the bed but the worst part was the towels that they gave me to use were extremely dirty they had boot polish marks I complained about it but nothing changed. Good for the price but only if they can change the above.
