This property is in an excellent location, surrounded by various restaurants and walking distance to the metro station. The Mall of Emirates is either a 20 min walk or one metro stop.
The most positive review goes to the hotel staff. All the staff are extremely helpful, efficient and do go out of their way to make sure customers' are comfortable .
However there are issues with the hotel. Every Friday evening the hotel hosts a party on the first floor and the noise travels to the guestroom making it difficult to rest or sleep. The bathtubs and bathroom doors are worn out and has got rusts and stains. When I walk down the corridor and in my room the vents constantly gave out a malodourous himid scent which was unpleasant and I had to open the windows.

Positives:
Great Location: Very near to the metro, walkable. Lots of dining & shopping options around the hotel. Just one station away from Mall of Emirates
Staff & Service: Quick to response, good service & always ready to help
Shuttle: Not many hotels have this service. They have a shuttle service to "The Beach JBR" & The Outlet Mall.
Breakfast: Lots of options in breakfast, food is good.
Improvements:
The need some renovation, as the hotel is quite old.
Cleanliness can be better.

The staff at the front desk are lovely. HOWEVER...bathroom sink leaks. Ceiling light leaks. Mould in tub. The bed is like a rock. The SMELL of Smoke coming from the man next door was like no other. I had to leave hotel by 7am. I wanted to be sick. This is not for a family. It needs a full renovation and NON SMOKING means NON SMOKING...you can't let people do whatever they want.

Very good hotel, close to the Metro station.
On the first floor is a bar and you get 30% discount. Nice big room, the gym is not great but is ok.

Great hotel and staff! Carpet under beds and TV should be vacuumed more often; Elevators should be serviced during off peak hours; Beach bus should wait at least 5min before driving off. Overall great stay!

Good budget friendly hotel. Good breakfast options. Very close to the metro station and not too far from the mall of the emirates. Staff were helpful and accommodating. I had a problem with the first room I was given and they changed it. However, the rugs and chairs in the rooms need to be changed as they are quite old and stained.

Spent a week in the hotel, i lost my some amount of $ in the room which is the only time i Lett the money in the room. The case was started investigating and yet no update was provided in the later even i checkout. Its budget hotel and metro in near walk able 5-10 minutes. this is the only hotel i have lost anything entire my life.

The best part about this hotel is it's location. Its a 200m walk to the Sharaf DG metro station. It also has alot of food options nearby.
Overall, my experience was nice. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Especially Avneet from their room service team.
However, they can improve on a few areas such as cleanliness and amenities. They aren't bad, but not of the 4* standard I'd say.

Really a bad hotel and terrible services. Don’t know why Expedia is even promoting this hotel.
Room was really bad and unkept. There was sep age all over the place. The AC was noisy and to add to the misery, there were terrible sounds coming from the washroom of the room on the floor above.
Housekeeping was pathetic .. it took them an hr to provide dental kit and 45 mins to provide a bottle of water.
The hotel took a deposit of 300 AED on my card which so far not been refunded
Overall a really bad hotel and pathetic experience.

Good management. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very and full of varieties. There is transportation from the hotel which makes going places more convenient. Also airport transfer Green Line was very good. Overall it was very good experience and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I had to change the room because some issues with the bathroom also the tv was placed in the wrong place .
Had another issue with the shower, needed ri be fixed, had to wait 30 mins to get it repaired.
I had to call the reception a few times, no follow up. I had to go myself
I have tried to call the hotel manager , again it was tine wasting , no calls back .
it was a sad experience
