My stay at the Gevoral Hotel offered a mix of positive and negative experiences. The stunning view from my room was a definite highlight, although it was slightly diminished by the presence of dirty windows, which detracted from the overall ambiance. While the room itself was decent, I couldn't help but feel that it lacked certain elements that would have elevated the experience. On the upside, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
One interesting observation was the difference in towel quality between floors. When I had to move from the 68th to the 52nd floor due to a boiler leak, I noticed that the towels on the lower floor were noticeably softer. This small detail stood out to me and served as a point of comparison between the two floors.
Despite these minor issues with the room, the staff at the Gevoral Hotel truly shone. Despite initially being told that they couldn't provide a container for my leftover food, they ultimately went above and beyond to accommodate my request when I had dinner and leftover fruits. This gesture of kindness and flexibility left a positive impression on me and contributed to a pleasant overall experience.
However, one downside was the long wait time for the elevator, especially during peak hours such as breakfast time. Waiting for 45 minutes just to get downstairs was frustrating and somewhat inconvenient.
In summary, while there were some aspects of my stay at the Gevoral Hotel that could have, no alcohol.
