Budget friendly property for a short stay in Dxb. It’s located right next to Mall of the Emirates, so easy to access the metro etc if you need to travel downtown etc

The power in our room kept going off for two days. The room became very hot when the aircon would go off, and no lights. The staff were very professional and moved us once this issue was raised by their service staff.

Lovely hotel in a great location a stones throw away from The Mall of the Emirates. The smell of the hotel was lovely, the air conditioning much needed and the roof top pool was delightful. The only downsides were that the towels could do with an upgrade and there was no English TV channels. The staff were all very pleasant and when they found out it was our wedding anniversary we had some lovely touches put in our room. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrible service. House keeping was non existent. Response time from staff was very very slow or almost non-existent. Seemed like even the basics like towels etc were rationed as they would only put one of each in the room and had to keep on asking again and again.

The Hotel is amazing. It’s clean, the staff are so friendly, service is fast and good The variety of the breakfast buffet is so good compared to the very reasonable price The location is so convenient, it’s only 2 minutes walk to Mall of the Emirates

Housekeeping was not upto the mark. Left dirty towels in the room & bathroom. Despite complaining at the reception, they did not take it. Room service menu is terrible. 5 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates

Very nice, safe, centrally located hotel in Al Barsha area 5 minute walk from Mall of Emirates which is a luxury mall with SKI Dubai. Please note - this is NOT Dubai Mall which is downtown and about a 15-20 minute cab ride away. Transportation was easy. We were able to get cabs and rides from Careem which is the Dubai version of Uber. The only issue we experienced was with getting fresh face cloths because they are called face towels. We did receive an abundance of bath towels. -lol This is a mid range experience hotel, cute but no bells and whistles or Instagram worthy views. There is a roof top bar and pool and a limited assortment of appetizer food. I did have an adult beverage and it was nicely presented and appropriately served at a price comparable to what you’d pay in USD. There is a coffee bar but we opted for Starbucks at the mall which has a food court with a good selection of food, beverages, desserts and novelty food. Overall I recommend and the price is reasonable and the service received was outstanding.

Excellent location. Walking distance from Emirates Mall , Safe location , Free hotel parking , Good choices breakfast , Overall good hotel , Just a little overpriced. We rent a car at the airport and it was very easy to move in Dubai to see the iconic places.

Another good stay at this hotel, I am a returning regular customer. Good location and no real issues. One annoying thing is that draft beer is often not available in the roof bar, no idea of the issue however bottled beer is far more expensive than the draft when it is available so it's disappointing.
