The rooms and lobby was average and 2 beers cost almost 14 pounds each. Most expensive berr i ever have.

Hotel is clean. Swimming pool is nice, breakfast was good. They did not acknowledge their own written policy and charge my son for breakfast same as adult. How can he stay for free but pay same as adult for breakfast?

The receptionist “ Wessam “ was amazing and has a great smile, one thing is the hotel is very small and there’s no many activities it be done just the pool which is so crowded

Nice weekend getaway
It was good short getaway weekend. Enjoyed the pool and the beach at an amazing location. Quite and not so busy where you can find everything you want. I did not like how much I paid for drinks - super expensive.

This was an ok property. Had booked a massage through reception, when I turned up they had no booking. Ordered drinks at pool bar, he said he would bring them to us, after 20 minutes, no drinks, when asked he had forgotten, was not busy at the time. Staff at reception failed to tell us we had access to a private beach which was across the road. Buffet breakfast and dinner did not provide a large selection, it was disappointing. Hotel pool and surrounds in full shade by about 2pm.

A good stay
This is a nice hotel on the Palm. It is quite far out but it has lovely views of the Burj Al Arab and Downtown Dubai from a sea view room. The breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. One thing I would say is that service needs improving; staff could be friendlier and more attentive, especially in a 4-star hotel. Overall it was a decent and relaxing stay.

Comfortable hotel with lovely private beach on one side and heated pool on the other-both with great views of Dubai. Excellent food and music in the beach bar and the rooftop Mexican restaraunt.

Wonderful Hotel Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Aloft and they gave me a room upgrade which I really appreciate and all the staff were very attentive and accommodating So I definitely recommended them if you want to have a memorable staycation in the Palm Area.
