Good value for money, very courteous and helpful staff, location is within a 10-min walk of the Mall of Emirates, good gym and Spa (which is not mentioned by Expedia in the property description -- therefore was an excellent, unexpected, bonus). On the negative side -- the internet speed is incredibly slow (8mpbs on download and 5mbps on upload) making video / Zoom calls impossible. I paid ($55/mo) to increase the speed to the Max possible of 30mpbs on upload and download -- and apparently that's the MAX possible speed in Dubai -- no telecom provider offers anything above that... Given a normal speed in developed countries is 100mpbs -- 30mbps for $55/mo seems pretty disappointing.

Surprisingly Good Hotel! Rooms are spacious and hotel is pretty new so its in good shape. Only complaint i have is the GYM is in poor condition floors are broken and equipment is outdated.

In the middle of the night while my daughter and I were sleeping, we had two men knock on my door saying they are receptionist and that there was noise complaint. They asked us to open the door. I said it can’t be us because we are fast asleep. I could no longer sleep and was scared. The next day I complained and the manager said it’s against their policy to do that and even if there was a complaint a call should have been made rather than knocking on the door in the middle of the night. He checked the cameras and listened and confirmed it was not from our room. So u professional. They offered just an ‘apology’. I demanded a compensation and they provided two days breakfast we went one day and skipped the next because breakfast was HORRIBLE. They then went and FLAGGED my account so the next time I stayed at another Al khoory Hotel recently, they said I was ‘flagged’ for the free breakfast. The worst experience ever. If you care about your safety and proper professional staff with good protocol save your money. More happened but I’ll leave it at that.

It’s alright
Hotel is in good condition pretty much as shown in pictures, area is alright not the best but centrally located 30 min by metro to Downtown or 20 min to Dubai Marina. Walking distance to emirates mall, Customer service needs to improve staff not very helpful.

Our stay was perfect! Every staff member bent over backwards to make sure our every need and request was met immediately. The breakfast buffet was such a treat with so many varieties of food and the freshest fruit and vegetables. The coffee was superb. I cannot brag enough on every staff member being so helpful and efficient.Special shoutout to Umair and Muneeb for such incredible service! The hotel is close to a laundromat and a grocery store. I highly encourage everyone to stay here. The price, breakfast, and service cannot be beat!

The washrooms are poorly designed. Taking a shower floods the floors. We checked in for 2 adults but only one towel was provided. No hand towels. One day there was a flood on roof top and towels were used up, we didn’t get towels till 6pm. Restaurant floor were not clean in the morning, had food on floor from the night before. Location and staff were good. The staff strive to do their best with what’s available to them.

The back of the hotel is next to the mosque. So you willl be woken up every morning around 5am. The breakfast it’s very unorganised, they can’t seem to stay on top of restocking the food.

Great hotel for the price. you will need a car to get to anywhere from here. although there is a large mall about 20 minutes walk away. The rooms are nice a spacious. Not too many channels on the TV and it is also not a smart TV, the shower has all the products you need but the water rarely goes above warm, so if you like hot showers this could be an issue. The Staff are all friendly and helpful and overall i had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Well to start I booked the property for two nights and since my flight was late eve I was charged for half day extra that is from 12 noon to six pm which I was fine but here comes the sad part when I asked the front desk manager to increase my check out time by an hour to 7 pm he curtly replied company policy can’t well if I paid half day it should be flexible as a half day is 22 hours divided by 2 which is 11 hours technically but still I did not want the 11 hours all I wanted is one hour more now I’ve travelled the globe and never ever have I faced such humiliation so I won’t ever return to this property ever and will put it on my social media too as I have a huge data base of fans ….. thank you
