“Short stay very good”

A very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff are very helpful. I weighed my luggage witht he help of the room staff. Beds a little hard. Some people like that. Breakfast very good and reasonable price. The rooms at the rear do hear the Mosque, but the forward facing are OK. City Centre Shopping across the road, which can be helpful and the Airport is about 6 mins drive by taxi. I have stayed here on many occassions and have always been satsified with the front desk and aother staff. Good value.

“Good business in hotel in Deira City Centre”

This new Novotel is excellent value and great if you need to be on the Airport side of the creek. The rooms are clean, tidy and functional, with good facilities and friendly staff.

“nice place to stay”

It's very nice place to stay with absolutely superb staff. They were really helpful, able to advice you for any needs. The hotel is located in the city center very close to huge shopping centre and close to the train services, which I found very covinient.. I can eazily say, if I go back to Dubai I would choose this hotel again.

“Novotel”

This hotel is very well situated. Its 6K from the airport and there is a mall and market place within walking distance. However Taxis are very cheap in Dubai. The cost from the hotel to the airport was around £3. The reception and communal areas are very nice indeed at this hotel and it has a nice roof top swimming pool. The room was a little tired and I felt it a little grubby, but maybe that’s me of just that room? 201.

“Excellent choice if you're not there just for the beach”

The Novotel is immediately opposite one of Dubai's major malls, and is very convenient for the airport, golf, the Creek etc., but I wouldn't recommend it to someone going to Dubai for a beach holiday. It is not a resort. On the other hand, it is immaculately clean, modern, with very large rooms, great bathrooms (more what you would expect in a 5-star luxury hotel) and very helpful staff. The only drawback from my point of view is that the à la carte restaurant is not open on Fridays, although there is an excellent buffet restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. But best of all are the prices: very reasonable indeed, particularly for Dubai, where one can pay through the nose for a very ordinary hotel.

“Ideal for the old town business district”

This is one of the nicer Novotels and much closer to a standard city centre 4 or 5 star hotel than many I have stayed at. Whilst it has good facilities and nice bedroom, it is located in a good location, being close to the Dubai Creek (which means you might be able to make that 9am meeting without getting up at 6am!) and also to the Duabi shopping mall, should you fancy a bit of shopping. Overall, for a business hotel, this is one of the better ones.
