We arrived to a good happy welcome from Lin, she arranged storage of our luggage till we could check in. We were able to check in early and had a room on club lounge floor. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel and were not disappointed, good selection of buffet food from different continents, food was tasty and hot. Staff were attentive and cheerful. The metro was a short walk away, which is very good value, as was the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport, it was early, the driver was good and the car comfortable. Would recommend this hotel, the staff are brilliant.

I loved everything. Staff were the highlight of our stay. Every need was met and exceeded. We looked forward to the breakfast every day purely to see the smile on the staffs faces at Gem Gardens. Alfred was amazing and lit up our morning with his genuine care for us and our 11 month old. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Dubai.

We stayed here before, and it was great. This time the quality has gone down considerably. There was no hot water. The soap dispenser was broken. The hairdryer did not work. As always, customer service was great. However, it is these little things when added up together, made for an unpleasant stay We will not stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights during our stay in Dubai. The hotel is basic, but the location was nice because it is close to both the metro and Mall of the Emirates. The room itself is dated and worn, but had everything you expect. Water bottles are provided in the fridge, but more would be nice because of the heat. It was very humid outside when we visited and our room always felt damp. The view was disappointing; we booked a city view and looked directly at a wall of the building next door. Also if you plan on hanging out at the pool it closes quite early; 7pm. It’s also next to a busy highway so you will hear car noise on the rooftop. The breakfast had a great selection. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation back to the airport when we left. Overall I’d classify this as a basic 3 star hotel.

This hotel is actually nice inside. I like the breakfast buffet & the best one is the Thai restaurant!! Great food! There's a bar lounge & other venues. I didn't get to see the pool because it closed early. My room was comfortable & I was able to sleep well. However, I noticed that when they installed the big TV, there placement against the wall had small gaps. The lobby has tour excursion, concierge with any ques, luggage hold, taxi service but if you want to pay less then more use government taxi. I don't know why they use that term. You stil arrive where you want to. Private taxi doesn't have a cab sign on top of the car roof. I used a pink cab arriving from the airport late at night, private when the hotel ushered one & government taxi I requested myself. Dubai is clean! Very nice experience & different. I saw the beautiful views in the different areas of Dubai. It was a unique experience. Shopping can be expensive but you can walk around Emirates Mall to see it's rich appeal. The architectural design of the buildings in Dubai were appealing, elegant & contemporary. The view on top of the frame was nice but over price for admission. I loved Burj Khalifa but arrive very early before the crowd. Dubai Mall had a lot of restaurants, & scenic marina. Stop by a sweet shop, Juliette Delices, Souk Al Bahar, L2-054. Their chocolate, sesame, pistachio were delicious. Bought some & will return again. Their Starbucks had nice outdoor seating areas. Atlantis was great!

The Hotel is located across Al Barsha highway with full huge noises, of course that’s the major issues of many hotels on that’s direction but hopefully one of good manger provided me one of best quite rooms that made me happy and had a quiet sleep and resting there.

Fabulous greeting as usual Well looked after from the moment the taxi door opened until I left three days later Excellent breakfast, good bare and a wonderful Indian restaurant
