“Atlantis - expensive but with numerous free perks”
Fantastic!! Sited on Palm tip. Great ocean view, warm hospitable staff. Hotel expense partly offset by: Free admission to aqua adventure water park - great for couples, families with kids. Huge Aquarium - amazing, must see!! Free admission to lost chambers (aquarium) - again relaxing, and worth a view. Free steam room, jacuzzi, dry sauna room 10-12noon and 8-10pm. Hotel pool, kids pool as expected but with more life guards than expected and hence more secure feeling with kids in water. Security staff at key access points - doing a great job and non-threatening nature.
“Everything sorted”
When this hotel opened, there were various reviews on Trip Advisor complaining about teething problems but let me tell you those have all been ironed out now. I travel to Dubai on business and usually stay at the Grosvenor, and thought I'd try Atlantis for a change. I'm glad I did...the breakfast buffet is superb with no waiting. The Waterpark is fantastic fun and the staff are very helpful. Thoroughly recommended.
“An experience”
This hotel is luxury in every way...but at a price! We would have liked to see a little more variation in eating budget options. To be fair, the restaurants we used were outstanding for both food and service. Don't miss the Levantine restaurant and the amazing set menu options. Kaleidescope is ideal for families. We also took a sand dune Arabian Adventure package which was great fun, definitely a must for holidaying in Dubai. The staff at the Concierge desk were most helpful. The hotel complex employs an incredible number of staff and security was very tightly controlled. Overall the staff in the hotel complex were so friendly and helpful. The pools were very well manned by life guards which is comforting for young families. The guest rooms were beautifully maintained. A negative point was the choice of shops in the malls. The hotel is clearly not targeted for Europeans, familiar brands are ridiculously overpriced. It would have been good to see some more tasteful holiday souvenirs on offer too. Overall, a beautiful holiday retreat if you want to spoil yourself.
“i want to live in ur hotel whole life.lol”

“WOW, what an amazing Hotel. Unbelieveable and highly reccomended”
I took my girlfriend to the Atlantis for a weekend break from cold and snowy london as a surprise to propose for her. I wanted to go somewhere warm and luxurious and I couldn't have picked a better hotel. The service was impeccable, the staff were all incredibly friendly, the Hotel itself is amazing and I can particularly reccomend the Lebanese restaurant. The only negative is that food and drinks were quite expensive, but we knew that going in and we were celebrating an engagement so tended to get a bit carried away which is not necessary. All in all one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel and I desperately want to go back.
“Fabulous with a big fat capital 'F'!”
This hotel is five star all the way! My husband and I had the most fabulous time at the Atlantis and will definitely be returning..... in fact I'll be booking now for summer. We stayed in a deluxe room which was immaculate and had every comfort you would expect from this hotel. The staff were impeccable in their service they anticipated our needs before we did. Tips; book tickets for Burj Khalifa with concierge it is a quarter of the price of booking direct but make sure you book tickets a couple of days in advance. Whilst you're there it might be worth bearing in mind that it's worth seeing the fountain at the Khalifa this is every half hour from 6pm. Friday brunch at Nobu was awesome, impeccable service, great food and as much champagne (Mumm) as you can drink!! Bar Azzura has a happy hour from 9-11 and contrary to many reviews the drinks are very reasonable, we were quite partial to their Incognito cocktail which only worked out about a fiver. Definitely do the 'back of house' tour at the Lost Chambers, only 75 AED. We fed the moray eels. Jeep Safari was really good too and only works out about £45 per head and included is really good food, soft drinks, camel ride, shisha pipe smoking (not our thing), henna tattoos and belly dancing as well as surfing the dunes in the jeep. Dress code in the hotel is very relaxed and western but be aware that outside of the hotel it's important to cover-up a bit more. Don't hesitate to book Atlantis, the Palm it's FAB!
“Can't wait to go back,”
We went to te Atlantis to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and had the most amazing time. It far exceeded all of our expectations. I have never stayed somewehre with such a WOW factor. The staff couldn't do enough for you and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is amazing from the buffet breakfast to the waterpark and dolphin encounter - we loved it and can't wait to go back.
“Dubai delight a must do”
Atlantis Dubai is all that you expect from it and then 100% more. I was thrilled with my choice of accommodation. The room was superb and the staff were beyond friendly. The level of service that I experienced was amazing and beyond anything that I have every experienced in any other hotel. The choice of food is incrediable and suitable to all pockets. I am a disabled traveller using a wheelchair and I found the staff very accommodating. I would thouroughly recommend the resort to others a once in a lifetime experience even down to receiving a Christmas gift in Christmas stocking delivered to the door by hotel staff - felt totally spoilt. The shore was our favourite place to eat and drink a must for Tex- Mex fans. Only downside was using the metro to leave bit of a rip off as a taxi for the three of us would have been cheaper.
“Very Good but Very Busy”
Great hotel, glad I went, would I go back, yes, but only if other places in Dubai we not available. In a few years time when it is not the latest and greatest it will hopefully be a little quieter, with 1500 rooms it's always going to be busy, but right now there are so many day visitors that the lobby and ground floor are so busy it's unreal! you have to show your key card to get into the guest only areas like the lifts or the pools, can get a little annoying at times.
“Great experiance”
Pricey whilst there but a great hotel and facilities
