Fantastic place - expensive but very worthwhile. It really is top end 5 star and the staff cannot do enough for you. we had exec club access which is well worth it.

Our second trip to this hotel. We paid for the club executive option which represnts good value for money: breakfast, all day soft drinks and beverages, afternoon tea, cocktails and other alcoholic drinks and canapes each evening.

The onsite restaurants are excellent, the position is central, the beaches superb.

“Pure Luxury”

Arrived at 9a.m to our delight we were allowed access to our room deluxe sea facing ,the standard of the room was a true joy eveything you could want.. the staff were very professinal and nothing was to much trouble. The grounds were immaculate and the waterways were a great way to get around. We did find eating and drinking expensive and should have prepaid for breakfast or found a deal that included half board,but carnt wait to go back .

very friendly staff - large rooms. A bit of a Disney feel to the place and a lack of authenticity but once on the beach with a G&T in your hand it is difficult to complain. Service well intentioned but staff do not always get it right, the airport transfer did not go smoothly - it would have been quicker to get a cab, an additional charge of 400 pounds added to the bill for no reaso which took forever to change , impossible to get lemon slices delivered to our room - but all small distractions. It is expensive but worth it

This hotel is pure opulence. I can't imagine ever staying in a hotel again that has taken into consideration every minute detail. Service is first class, rooms cleaned twice a day and any items used, topped up plus extras, like massage oils, lip balms etc. Staff can't do enough for you without being over powering. All of the restaurants were of a very high standard. Outstanding holiday.

You Must. Go here. A little city on its own. You could be more than happy staying here with just the. Odd expedion to the Dubai Mall and Fountain ligjt show and a Dune b ashing Beduin evening tripm hotel Complex is big and lux0urious. Omething for evryone. Water sports. Beach games luxury sun beds and twnts on the Beach, shops and Restaurants only a short boat trip away. Service was fabulous. Rooms were gorg. Food and drink Top classm
