Very outdated, no steps to get into door just two bricks, broken up gravel at end up steps to walk down to door, shower/ tub dirty with hair and blue mold looking stuff in it and dead flies on the floors

We always enjoy our stay. The space , the amenities (Living room, Kitchen, 2 -bedrooms). The only complaint this time was the downstairs toilet was not cleaned.

I've been going to Treasure Lake for 20 years. Sometimes we stay at Silverwoods, sometimes at Wolf Run. The unit we stayed in at Wolf Run this weekend was not one of the nicer, updated units. Several light bulbs were blown out. The burners on the stove didn't fit right and were all sticking up (unable to cook on), rather than being flat like they should be. It was fine since it was just two of us, it was just for two days & we didnt spend a lot of time in the unit.

inside the unit was nice. Getting there was a chore. Check in after 4:00, office closes at 4:00. Found out while trying to check in with telephone service that facility requires additional security deposit. very steep, cratered driveway, broken cement parking pads and sidewalks leading in, no rails for either. once unloaded and inside though, it was almost nice enough to try to forget our rate went up 2.5x from last year. check out? very early... 10:00a, which would not seem extreme except for the housekeeping chores require by us (remove all garbage to the outside dumpsters, bring all linens downstairs to the kitchen, do the dishes, put all furniture back...) Kind of feels like home

Check in person, pleasant enough. The office smells horrible though. Even a little boy was plugging his nose. Office not open on Sundays to turn keys in and give complaints of my stay. Condo was clean enough. No one could have stayed in this one too often, because the cobwebs with spiders were everywhere. Need to update mattresses, the twin bed were unacceptable. One of us slept on the chair, another one on the couch. No one told us that the tv only had maybe 3 workable channels and they weren't anything you wanted to watch. They did have a big sign on the kitchen counter, that said sorry for the inconvenience. Your tv has channels with no sound, some with no picture, some pictures upside down. But we are working without provider to fix this. Can't even imagine how long that has been that they have a permanent sign in a stand on the counter. I wanted to change my payment method when I first checked in and the girl said sorry, we can't take care of that here. The roads into the condos were not even potholes, they were craters. I drive a big truck and I literally had to drive on grass to bypass some of them. The grounds are not kept up, there were broken fences and the landscaping is not appealing. So very disappointed, the pictures are nothing of what you are getting.
