"This hotel is fine if you’re really just looking for a place to crash, but it has kind of a creepy vibe. The staff were all nice enough, but there was hair in my sink and shower (and no shower curtain, which is kind of weird) and overall things were pretty old and dingy. Plus, the hallways are really dark, and in the middle of the night I was woken up by loud pounding on the ceiling of my room. There’s also no shuttle directly to or from the airport, although you can walk over to the Embassy Suites and use theirs. Unless you’re really desperate to save some money, I wouldn’t recommend it."

"The location was perfect to attend an opera at the Grand Opera House and restaurant. It was a very short walk from the hotel. The parking was reasonable ($11 overnight), and we liked that the hotel had a restaurant and bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
