"The staff. The room was clean except for an oddly placed handprint in the carpet that was red……we weren’t too worried about it as it must’ve been makeup. Gave us a chuckle. The staff apologized fiercely in the morning. During or stay however there was nothing but smiling faces and what seem to be good communication between the staff. There was a feeling calm when you walk in. Nothing like the smell and feel off nice hotel sheets with the faint smell of bleach. Love it. "

"Location was great. The facility itself is very old and neglected. Bathrooms were very old and some showers didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was too warm and AC didn’t work and also was at least 30 years old.0"
