"Nicely located for visit to downtown area. Many wonderful restaurants nearby, including Quirk's own. Coffee bar in lobby is convenient. I liked that they offer RO water on each floor, but if it's down (as it was for our stay), no supply is available in the room. After 10pm call to the desk, no replacement water was offered. (The tap water was strangely solvent-like in taste and aroma.) The faucet is poorly placed and water ends up on the counter. No ventilation is available for the bathroom, so...

"I was in town for graduation and the maid cleaned everyday except for the last day which was strange. The hotel was grossly understaffed and room service took forever. The room service menu options were very limited. "

"If I stated everything I loved about the property I’d be here forever, only negatives I have are the toilet in my room was leaking when I got there, which was fixed asap but then it would continuously try to fill the tank with water and I’d have to manually drop the lid after each use. 2 I never got a WiFi password and the cable signal was poor, with and without the storm. "I have to say the front desk staff was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The day shift lady was fanominal! I told her so at the end of my stay, which put Big smile on her face and she thanked me. I proceeded to tip her for her services! The breakfast bar was superb as well. Delicious in fact! Beds were super comfy. Plenty of towels and toiletries, however l always travel with my own toiletries "
