Comfortable hotel in a good location. Rooms are big, a little basic but everything you need. Wifi was very poor, the speed was slow and often dropped out - had to use my phone data to work from.

most silly excuse ever, ....
they didn't clean up the room and didn't provide with fresh towels. The very low level excuse was COVID-19. They raise the profit with eliminating any service !!! The mentioned, that we need to ask for clean up during check in. But we had NO REGULAR check in - only late check in with key-Lock and received NO information about this situation. Finaly they gave us a lousy EUR 5,00 credit note. HOW POOOOOOOOR is this Hotel Chain ??????????

Dear Peter, thank you for your review. We understand you would like to have had your room cleaned during your stay. We give every guest the chance to decide weather to having cleaned the room or not. This is no profit raise, this is keeping low infention risk by trying to keep as much distance as we possibly can. Most of our guests really dont´t want anybody entering their rooms. Those who dont´t mind, will get the regular roomservice done. I hope this statement ist helpful four you. All the best

Nice staff but short on maintenance/cleaning.
There was no desk attendant but she emailed me with the key box access. The air conditioning did not work so we had to open the window all night. Some of the light switches had residue which I had to clean before daring to touch them.

I think the hotel has a very good price/service ratio. Clean, big rooms. Quiet area near the city center. No facilities like a spa, swimming pool or alike but if you stay for just a day or two this is the place to be.

Nice hotel. Very basic. Room decent size for Europe. Does not have a mini fridge, so beware if staying more than a few days. Nor do they provide a top sheet, only a duvet. A/C isn't adjustable to really cold, so was uncomfortable during the really warm nights. Very central location in this delightful town.

Good clean simple hotel. Breakfast was too expensive for what they offered and we could not get our air conditioner to work--so I barely slept at night since it was during the severe heat wave.

Great accommodation Atrium was a huge bonus as there was a group of 12 staying. Great location. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended Harry’s home.

Modern and very clean. Excellent location, very close to the train station, the buses and the main shopping and restaurant area. Helpful staff. Only negative was that the bed was a bit hard for us but we would still use this hotel again.

Nice hotel and great location.
Nice hotel. Laundry is self service only which didn't suit me as I work long hours. Basic enough breakfast. Very nice rooms and people though so overall, a good hotel to stay in.

Poor service, more like an overpriced hostel
Harry's Home is closer to a hostel than a hotel. - Room didn't have a fridge - Bed was a queen or a king (don't remember) but with only one twin (single) size comforter, one pillow - bathroom was clean, tiny shower, and a squeeze bottle for soap and another for the shower (the same!), no additional ammenities - Service was abysmal. there was a kettle, with a packet of instant coffee on day 1. Used it. You only get one cup, and that cup was still sitting on the desk unwashed on day 2! No replacement coffee either. Called the front desk twice, still no service, excuse was that they couldn't find the coffee?!! What about the cup??! Breakfast is not included, and not even an offer for a free cup of coffee from the lobby. Furniture in the rooms is very cheap. No stand to put the suitcase on, you get to use the couch (which is great if you're at all concerned about bedbugs, which I would be here) Location is good, near downtown Dornbirn, walking distance from restos and shopping. That's honestly the only nice thing I can say about this hotel. Will not stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay here. Modern feel and very clean through out, but it isn't your normal hotel. The rooms are huge, because there is a kitchen in each room. Wardrobe was massive, I ended up getting dressed and undressed in the wardrobe. Was coinvent to do so. Staff were helpful, but not the most cheerful and I didn't have glasses and towels replaced in my room had to ask for them.

Used the hotel for over night stay enroute to Italy on holiday. A good, clean and friendly experience. Easy check-in and out. Good breakfast to a fair price though we do not used it ourselves.

The hotel is modern clean with good parking, it would be lovely if they supplied a fridge and tea and coffee in the room, the area is lovely with lots of eating places near by, we booked a room for 3 but luckily there was only 2 of us using the room as the sofa bed was very hard and broken

A comfortable and quiet hotel
A very friendly and warm welcome. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean, functional and comfortable. Each room is sound proofed so you don't hear any noise from other guests. Location wise the hotel is centrally located in the middle of Dornbirn and close to shops, restaurants and transportation.

Great business style hotel.
Harry's home is central to Dornbirn city centre and 3 minutes walk to the train station. It's a brand new, ultra contemporary hotel suitable for short stays and business trips. The rooms are modern and comfortable with plenty of space and great en suite facilities.

This is a nice little find. We were looking for something just to spend the night along our travel route and found this hotel conveniently located for our plans. The hotel is very modern and minimalist. Everything very well maintained and clean. A big plus is the coin operated laundry machines. Very convenient for us travelers. However, after we had placed two full loads of laundry in the washers, we realized that the dryer was not working! We ended up with all these wet clothes which we had to pack and depart with. When we asked the lady at the front desk she was not really concerned or tried to help us in any way. We asked if there was a laundry facility nearby so that we could dry our clothes and she pointed us to a shopping plaza. We arrived there only to find that this was not a laundry facility but a dry cleaning service, which was of no use for us. This attitude of the front desk lady left us with a bad impression but I guess we were just not lucky that day. Breakfast was good. The other inconvenience we found was that the bathroom door is a glass door that does not seal properly and does not offer any privacy. All in all, I would recommend this hotel, if the dryers were working properly.

Super clean hotel
Only stayed the night on the way to Germany. Staff was friendly, parking was convenient and the old town was less than 5 minutes walk away.
